Hello,
The house, which can be used all year round, has been freshly renovated and completely refurnished in 2017, It has 48sqm + 11sqm sleeping loft
Kitchen with ceramic hob, bedroom with 1 double bed 140x200,
Bathroom with shower, WC and toilet
The cosy sleeping loft is equipped with two single beds, fits easily another (existing) mattress.
The living room is equipped with a functional corner (extendable to 140x200cm), satellite TV, dvd and radio.
The dining table offers space for six people
The house is for four people, but if the sofa bed in the living room is used, up to six people can use the house by arrangement
The wooden house is located on a large, fenced plot, on which our house is also located.
There is enough space for romping around, barbecuing, relaxing, camping or even for a small campfire.
Of course, the car can also be parked on the property.
There is a set of seats, a barbecue, deck chairs and of course a parasol ready for you.

The house is situated in a quiet village location (no through road) in Samow, a district of the municipality of Behren-Lübchin in the middle of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Beautiful and relaxing holiday
It was a very relaxing holiday. It was a real break from everyday life. The weather was good. It is not far to the shops. Rostock and Warnemünde are not far away. The bird park is highly recommended.

Beautiful quiet holiday
Beautiful holiday cottage in a quiet rural location, ideally suited to switch off and relax
Very pleasant approachable landlords, everything was uncomplicated.
There were two of us and we felt very comfortable in the holiday home, everything we needed was there. The house was in a very clean condition
After our day trips, we always had the feeling of coming home in the evening.

Family holiday with 3 children
We spent 12 wonderful days in the holiday home of the Zilch family. The small, pretty wooden house seemed really spacious due to the original construction and furnishings. The five of us had a really cosy place there. The entire furnishing couldn't have been better, everything was there. The family was super friendly and sociable, so it was a pleasure to have a chat with them. The children were also well catered for with plenty of space in the garden, swing and trampoline. So in short, we would be happy to recommend and will certainly be back again soon. Thank you, Zilch family.

We stayed in your holiday home in July 2021.The house is very cosy.It is modernly furnished and we wanted for nothing.The holiday home is very clean and in a super quiet location.Excursion destinations can be reached quickly via the motorway.The hospitality of Christian and Regina was super great.We will be back Udo,Sandra and Anna.

A very nice vacation
Everything was perfect for our vacation. A cozy, clean accommodation with everything you need and super nice hosts. The only minor downside, for which the hosts are not to blame, is the lack of WiFi. Nevertheless, we would always book the vacation property ourselves and recommend it to others. Many thanks to the Zilch family.

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Entspannen
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und das Interieur macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Toll für Kinder: der Schlafplatz oben unterm Dach. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, ländlichen Gegend und trotzdem hat man es nicht weit zu vielfältigsten Ausflugszielen. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung und einen herzlichen Dank an Familie Zilch!

Ferienhaus Zilch in Samow
Es hat uns sehr gut in dem Ferienhaus gefallen. Dort ist es sehr ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Außerdem ist es sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Kinder finden es abenteuerlich, oben unter dem Dach zu schlafen. Dort haben Sie Ihr eigenes Reich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vom Standort sind die Badeorte und Mecklenburgische Seenplatte sehr gut zu erreichen. Es liegt sehr zentral und es sind kurze Wege zu den verschiedensten Ausflugzielen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, da es dort sehr schön ist.

So schön!
Wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung im Vorfeld gesehen auch vorgefunden. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Domizil. Liebe Familie Zilch wir hatten einen sehr sehr angenehmen Urlaub in ländlicher Umgebung und doch nah dran an allem was das Herz so begehrt. Ob Strand in Dargun am Klostersee oder doch lieber direkt an der Ostsee... Alles schnell erreichbar. Und ist das Wetter nicht so toll, gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Kultur, Kinderbespaßung, Shopping usw usw... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
