Description
The former farmhouse is located in the gentle hills between Montelupo Fiorentino and Montespertoli.
The country house was carefully restored, retaining the typical Tuscan features such as beam ceilings and terracotta floors. Furniture and furnishings are adapted to the property.
The house offers around 240 sqm of space for 8 adults and two children up to 4 years old.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Italian. coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Adjacent is a storage room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, table, and ironing supplies. Here there are also a living room, a dining room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Moka pot, German coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, a dining room with a fireplace, a living room with a fireplace and TV. On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms (2 with TV-Digital) with double beds and three bathrooms. There is the possibility to add two children's beds for children up to about 4 years old. There are three bathrooms with a shower.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a washing machine.

Amazing location!
The house is large and clean.
The rooms are spacious.
The house is traditionally furnished. There is a lot to see. Beautiful paintings and many accessories, the house tells its own story. You can feel the love of the family for this house.
We were warmly welcomed by family members who showed us around. The prosecco was cold, very nice.
Owner Antonio comes to take care of the garden twice a week. We were even surprised with a delicious breakfast once.
The grounds are very large with a well-maintained driveway and well-kept flower beds and even our own boules court. There are 3 bikes that you can use. There are plenty of trees in the garden that provide shady spots to spend a long time in the garden. The pool is large enough and has a deep end.
There are plenty of sun loungers and seating areas.
The view over the hills is breathtaking!
We had a wonderful holiday with two families.

The old, beautiful and cosy farmhouse is quietly situated on a gentle hill where a light breeze almost always blows.
In the authentically furnished house, there are four bedrooms upstairs and the large eat-in kitchen and the equally large living room downstairs. All daily utensils are abundantly provided, including microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. The highlight was the large freezer (in addition to the fridge), which always kept all our drinks at a very low temperature.
The only small drawback is the cramped shower situation (one on the upper floor near the bedrooms and one on the ground floor in the annex). However, we were able to arrange ourselves well with two families.
The large garden always invites you to linger and the children to play. With its small group of birch trees and the large parasol, you have a place in front of the house that is shaded all day. Beautiful wooden furniture completes the ambience.
The pool is also perfect for all guests. You can stand all around the pool (approx. 1.20 m), ideal for children. However, there is no exit for small children, only a ladder.
Antonio and his daughter were very nice hosts. We were welcomed with a bottle of Spumante and plenty of tips for shopping and for the surrounding area.
Antonio regularly took care of the garden and the pool.
All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and can only recommend Casale Scognano (5 out of 5 stars).

The house is located in a very well-kept property. Upon arrival, Antonio awaited us. After introducing the house, he took us to the surrounding towns and showed us shopping and dining options. The house itself is well-equipped and offers plenty of space.
