Upper floor :
2 bedrooms with double beds (1,80 x 2,00m ) and TV
1 bedroom with double bed (1,80 by 2,00m ) and single bed (0,90 by 2,00m ) without TV. 1 cot ; 1 travel cot.

Location and surroundings of object
The wooden house built in 2014 is located 10 metres from the shore of the new recreational lake "Wangermeer" in the middle of Wangerland. From 2021, it will have its own sandy beach in front of the house.
The state-recognised health resort of Hohenkirchen is the ideal starting point for excursions (cycling tours)
in the wide Frisian landscape.
The North Sea, the Wadden Sea and the North Sea resorts of Schillig, Horumersiel and Hooksiel are within easy reach.

Pfingsturlaub im Haus Sina
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen im Haus Sina.
Ein wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus.
Es fehlte an nichts.
Allen hat es so gut gefallen……wir kommen wieder

Family-friendly oasis of well-being
The photo had made us curious, the description sounded promising, and when we arrived we were overwhelmed! We - three generations: 5 adults and 3 children (10, 7, 7) - found everything we needed for a holiday with parents, children and grandchildren. The location was excellent, directly on the water, small jetty, paddle boats, plenty of space in the house, everything was available in terms of furnishings, the countless shutters were easy to operate, the dining table was big enough for all of us and made meals a pleasure. The children had plenty of space to play, even outside. And with the abundant bicycles, you could explore the area, even go and fetch bread rolls - if the wind wasn't blowing too hard ;-) By car you could quickly reach the mudflats, the sea and the Jadebusen (Horumersiel-Schillig, Hooksiel, but also Harlesiel or Wilhelmshaven)
In short: we felt very, very comfortable and were completely satisfied. We can only recommend this house. But please leave a date free for us too...

Super Ostertage mit 7 Personen
Ein großzügig geschnittenes Haus, für 8 Personen (wir waren nur 5 Erw. + 2 Kunder) viel Platz. Herrlicher Blick über den Hausstrand über das Wangermeer. mehrere Terassen, Liegeflächen, Spielplatz für die Kinder usw., Klasse Einrichtung, mit Osterschmuck anlässlich des Miettermins zu Ostern, rundherum zum Wohlfühlen. Es war ALLES da, von viel Geschirr über jedes Elektrogerät in der Küche und im Haus, Fahrräder, zwei Boote , ein Floß, ....... sehr gute Betten, mehrere Fernseher (haben wir aber nicht gebraucht)

Alle waren restlos zufrieden: Da fahren wir noch mal hin.

Haus Sina
Die Ferienwohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Haus sehr zu emfpehlen
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Als wäre das nicht genug, war Herr Aßhauer sehr bemüht uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen (unter anderem hat er uns seine Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt).
Leider war in unserem Zeitraum die Bau-Wut auf den Nachbargrundstücken ausgebrochen, aber auch hier hat Herr Aßhauer alles in seiner Macht stehende getan.
Kurzum (ohne Baulärm - und der sollte 2021 ja nicht mehr da sein) ist das Haus für Familien sehr zu empfehlen.

Dies ist ein Titel
Einzig und alleine der Service kriegt 4/5 Sternen, weil wir selbst kochen mussten und damit immer etwas Raum nach oben bleibt :D
Aber was kann ich schon sagen:
Ich überlegte eine schlechte Bewertung abzugeben, damit weniger Leute buchen und wir in Zukunft ne höhere Chance haben selbst zu buchen. Fakt ist jedoch:
Ich kann jedem ohne zu zögern empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen. Organisation gut, die Menschen super freundlich, die Ausstattung top und der Rest ebenso. Der Troll in mir würde gerne trollen, aber das haben der Besitzer und die Veranstalter nicht verdient - also kann ich nur sagen: Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage
Sehr geehrter Herr Aßhauer,
wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub. Alles hatte prima geklappt. Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe, Rückfragen.
Die Lage des Hauses direkt am See mit Steg ist einmalig. Fahrräder auch für Kinder, Grill, 2 x 2 er Kanus und 1 Einer alles da. Mit dem Fahhrad zum Meer herrlich.
Das Schöne ist, man hat einen See und das Meer zur Verfügung.
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes großes Haus mit viel Platz und in einer tollen Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus direkt am Wangermeer
Wir haben uns mit 4 Paaren in diesem tollen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage am Wangermeer ist optimal für Ausflüge an die Küste .Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr gut, die gesamte Abwicklung verlief total entspannt und problemlos.Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Herrn Aßhauer bedanken.
Wir können Haus Sina einfach nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit super Lage direkt am Wangermeer. Die Ausstattung ist optimal. Wir (3-Generationen-Familie) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Superschönes Ferienhaus mit hervorragender Ausstattung
Wir hatten das Ferienhaus über ein verlängertes Wochenende
für ein kleines Familientreffen gemietet. Die sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in dem architektonisch schönen und durchdachten Haus mit direktem Blick auf das Wangermeer hat uns sogar für das zeitweise unwirtliche Wetter zu entschädigen vermocht. Das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten .

Beautiful accommodation for 2 families in a great location in East Frisia
Beautiful holiday home with direct access to the Wangermeer. Both families immediately felt at home - you enter the house and immediately feel at home. The furnishings are very upscale, as stated in the house description, extremely extensive and in top condition. The canoes were a big hit with our children and the possibility to cool down in the lake in front of the house is ingenious. To discover East Frisia (by car or bike) the location of the house is strategically favourable. The contact with the landlord is top, so that the whole process regarding the contract and handover went absolutely smoothly.
I hope we make it to the area again and then definitely to Haus Sina.

Luxurious wooden house in a dream location
We spent a great long weekend in this beautiful house with a family of friends. (4 adults and 5 children) The house is extremely tastefully furnished and has excellent comfort. The house was very clean and technically in impeccable condition. The contact with the landlord Mr. Aßhauer was very friendly. The handover of the keys on site went without a hitch
We would like to take this opportunity to thank him once again
