"Holiday flat Anno '78
The holiday flat has been awarded 5 stars, the highest possible star rating, by the German Tourism Association (DTV) as part of a voluntary quality control based on transparent and uniform criteria in Germany.
What can you look forward to?
Our 2-room holiday flat is located in a new building with a total of three flats, completion April 2023. On about 64 sqm of living and usable space (barrier-free), 2 people very quickly gain the feeling of peace, relaxation and holiday. The modern furnishings (including underfloor heating, electric shutters, decentralised living room ventilation, private garden with summer garden) and the new, high-quality furnishings, combined with a comprehensive service package (bed linen and towels are provided) at a transparent fixed price, make the holiday flat particularly attractive for short and long-term holidaymakers.
The flat is located in an existing and still growing new building area, so there may still be some construction noise during the week.

Hohenkirchen with the Wangermeer is the seat of the Wangerland municipal administration and is located in the immediate vicinity of the best-known holiday areas of Horumersiel, Hooksiel, Carolinensiel and Harlesiel.
Hohenkirchen is the central starting point for exploring Wangerland by bike.
Take advantage of our well-developed and well-signposted 200 km long cycling network.
Tourist attractions in Hohenkirchen are the "Gaukirche St. Sixtus und Sinicius", the recreational lake "Wangermeer" and the play town "Dorf Wangerland"

Cancellation terms:
- Kündigt der Mieter den Mietvertrag, so hat er dem Vermieter allen daraus entstandenen Schaden zu ersetzen. Der Vermieter wird die Wohnung zur anderweitigen Vermietung anbieten und der Mieter hat hierfür eine Aufwandspauschale von 60,00 € zu zahlen. Für jede Übernachtung des Mietverhältnisses, für den eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich war, hat der Mieter den Mietzins zu zahlen, abzüglich eines Prozentsatzes von 10%, der als ersparte Aufwendungen des Vermieters gilt. Wir empfehlen den Abschluß einer Reiserücktrittversicherung.

Gemütliche Ausstattung und alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Beautiful days spent together.
Spontaneously spent a few days in this great holiday apartment. The location is very central, yet quiet. The apartment is very well equipped. The bed is nice and big and very comfortable. Great vacation apartment in a beautiful location.
The vacation apartment is modern and very well equipped. The conservatory is beautiful. Also, the communication with the owners was first-class. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Simply great ?
We took a short vacation in Hohenkirchen. We often stay in vacation rentals, but this time we didn't miss anything. Everything you need in everyday life was there, it is a fantastically beautiful and modern apartment. The garden has a nice size and the terrace can be used at any time and in any weather. The area is somewhat remote, the village didn't offer much for us. We used the distances to ride our bikes a lot. It's about 10 km to Schillig/Carolinensiel/Hoocksiel, which can be easily reached by bike.

Spontaneous beautiful vacation
We were spontaneously looking for accommodation and came across this one, you probably couldn't have found a nicer and more modern apartment.
The booking as well as the contact by email was quick and very accommodating.
After consultation, our dog was warmly welcome.
We would love to come back.

Week in August
Very nice vacation apartment with plenty of space and equipped with everything you need. Super wind-protected conservatory. Short distances to the coast and to Jever and Wilhelmshaven. We will definitely come back!
