The holiday apartment was awarded 5 stars, the highest possible star rating, by the German Tourism Association (DTV) as part of a voluntary quality inspection based on transparent and uniform criteria throughout Germany.
What can you look forward to?
Our 2-room holiday apartment is located in a new building with a total of three apartments, completed in April 2023. On approximately 64 sqm of living and usable space (barrier-free), 2 people will quickly gain a sense of peace, relaxation, and vacation. The modern amenities (including underfloor heating, electric shutters, extra quiet dishwasher, decentralized living space ventilation, private fenced garden – fence height approx. 1.60m - with summer garden) and the new, high-quality furnishings, combined with an extensive range of services (bed linen and towels are provided) at a transparent fixed price, make the holiday apartment particularly attractive for short- and long-term vacationers.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. The following applies: From the date of booking up to 40 days before the start of the rental period: 35% of the total rental price, but at least €175. From 39 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the total rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive date is the day the declaration is received by the landlord.

Very good
We felt very comfortable from the beginning with 2 people and a dog.

Beautiful days spent together.
Spontaneously spent a few days in this great holiday apartment. The location is very central, yet quiet. The apartment is very well equipped. The bed is nice and big and very comfortable. Great vacation apartment in a beautiful location.
The vacation apartment is modern and very well equipped. The conservatory is beautiful. Also, the communication with the owners was first-class. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Simply great ?
We took a short vacation in Hohenkirchen. We often stay in vacation rentals, but this time we didn't miss anything. Everything you need in everyday life was there, it is a fantastically beautiful and modern apartment. The garden has a nice size and the terrace can be used at any time and in any weather. The area is somewhat remote, the village didn't offer much for us. We used the distances to ride our bikes a lot. It's about 10 km to Schillig/Carolinensiel/Hoocksiel, which can be easily reached by bike.
