Between TORROX and COMPETA, in the undulating landscape of the Axarquia, lies CASA JADE. The free-standing villa with private pool lies in the hills, 8 kilometers from the town of Torrox-Costa. Casa Jade was built in 2006 in the local style.

From the house and terraces you overlook the hills to the mediterranean sea. You can also see the mountains of a nature Park close by. It is a 20 min car journey to the sea. In front of the house there is a large terrace with a pergola, that filters the sunlight beatifuly. It is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal or just relax and enjoy the views. Around the house, you can always find either a sunny or a shaded place to sit.The pool (8 x 4m) with underwater lighting, three jetstreams and a seperate shower, lies immediately next to the house. It is an ideal spot for people who want to relax and still be less then a 20 min drive from the town of Torrox-Costa, where you can do your daily shopping or visit different bars and restaurants. Casa Jade is an atmospheric house with beautiful tile floors. The living area is pleasantly organized and smoke free. lAYOUT: All living areas are on one level. Living room with fireplace, satellite-Tv and radio-cd player. Separated from the living room by an arch is a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, combi microwave-oven, refrigerator with freezer and coffeemaker. The first bedroom with one double bed, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with two single beds. And a other bathrooms with toilet. A washing machine is present.

LA AXARQUIA To the east of the Costa del Sol lies aregion called the Axarquia. This region is quit popular amongst people who enjoy peacefull holidays.
