Villa Sorpresa is enthroned above the village of Torrox, with a breathtaking view of Torrox village - Torrox-Costa and a gigantic view of the Mediterranean Sea - all the way to the African coast!
Not for nothing did one guest write in his review: "The name "balcony of the Costa del Sol" would be appropriate, or Caesar's throne comes to mind" If you turn your gaze to the north, you look into the heart of Andalusia - the mountains of Axarquia with the mountain range La Maroma!
This large holiday home is the ideal place to enjoy the fantastic views without being exposed to the hustle and bustle that prevails down on the Costa. The house is virtually inaccessible and is situated in a secluded location in a secluded avocado plantation! Our Andalusian sunsets, you can enjoy them relaxed from one of the terraces or from the 10x5 meter pool! You are in Torrox in about 10 minutes - from there you can make excursions along the coast. In a few minutes you can be in Nerja and Torre del Mar or the white village of Frigiliana, just as you can do your shopping in the village, or have some tapas and a glass of red wine somewhere! Every Monday, there is a big Spanish market in Torrox-Costa.
Villa Sorpresa is just as centrally located if you want to take a trip into the mountains - like to the white village Competa or the legendary village El Acebuchal. 1,5 hours away is Granada, which invites you to the Alhambra!

Pure pleasure
We booked this villa for 2 weeks with 5 people. Rosi & Peter as landlords were always very accommodating, friendly and helpful with questions for all kinds of things. The villa itself is very spacious and freely designed. Everything is furnished with love and there is everything you need for everyday life. You can cook both inside and outside. There is a laundry room, large living room with dining area, 3 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Everything is very clean and available on site such as bed linen, towels, etc.! ! The huge terrace downstairs has a lovely large pool. The view into the valley is breathtaking and also inviting for the sea view and cosy evenings with drinks and food. We will certainly not have been there the last time and are grateful for this beautiful relaxing holiday.

Great house with a fantastic view
We had 10 wonderful days in the villa. The house is huge, the pool large and you have a fantastic view of Torrox and the sea. It is well equipped, everything you need is available or organised by the landlords. The approach via a steep, narrow road that stretches on forever is adventurous. But with a rental car this is no problem and we were personally accompanied by the landlord on our first approach from the village. We can only recommend the house! A big thank you to Rosi and Peter for the wonderful days we spent in their villa, the great service and the uncomplicated handling of our wishes and requests!
