Outstanding and unique vacation
Together with friends, we spent a week in the Helene house for vacation. There is only positive things to say about this accommodation, the interior is modern and elegant. We didn't miss anything regarding the amenities, a terrace with outdoor lighting allowed us to enjoy the weather outside. The location of the holiday home is excellent for walks, we often went for walks together in the surrounding nature. The direct route to Dresden is reachable in a few minutes, whether by car, bus or taxi. The landlord is super friendly, open-minded and helpful - we always felt well taken care of!
For us, one thing is clear, a reunion will happen! :)

Family vacation
A great, large, and modern house.
We were greeted by a very friendly landlord. The positive impression from the pictures of the house was immediately confirmed on site.
The house is located in a quiet area and various shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Our children especially liked the playground across the street.
All sights in and around Dresden are easily accessible. Prague is also easily accessible for a day trip.
We had a very nice vacation and would be happy to book the house again.

Motorbike holiday
We were there with 4 people and 3 motorbikes. The motorbikes could be parked separately on the property with a gate. We received a very friendly welcome and the first impression was confirmed throughout the week (a very friendly, accommodating landlord). The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. In addition, there are TVs on the wall in the bedrooms, adapted to the size. In the living room there is a huge LED TV. We were lucky enough to be there for the grape harvest and were able to taste them. Whoever has something to complain about or find fault with this house is out of place here, because the landlord tries to fulfil every wish

Highly recommended!
Very modern, clean, large house. You feel at home right away. The house was converted from a salesroom only a few years ago and everything is new. Underfloor heating available, large shower and a funny vacuum robot that automatically picks up the lint 1x a day. The thick curtains in the bedrooms are also important for people who can only sleep in the dark
Parking in front of the house, bus stop around the corner. By car you are quickly in the city centre or in the Czech Republic
Very friendly landlord and the holiday was pleasant and relaxing even in the difficult Corona period.

Ich bin nun zum 2. mal dort und fühle mich fast schon wie zuhause. Man kann jeden Tag etwas unternehmen da man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder in ca 15 Minuten mit dem Bus am Hauptbahnhof ist. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen.
Gerne möchte ich meinen Besuch wiederholen. :)

Überragend+
Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung! Die Fußbodenheizung und offene Dusche überzeugen zusätzlich. Man erreicht Dresden innerhalb 15 min mit dem Bus. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und bei vielen Unternehmungen mit uns dabei.
Das beste Ferienhaus im ganzen Umkreis von Dresden! Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Sehr ansprechend, modern, gepflegt und freundlich!
Dieses Ferienhaus ist eine sehr gute Wahl. Reichlich Platz für sechs Personen, sauber, ordentlich und modern. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Ländlich ruhig und nur zehn Autominuten bis zur Innenstadt. Oder 1,5 Stunden bis Prag.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir waren die ersten Mieter dieses schönen Ferienhauses, waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus Anni nur weiterempfehlen!
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich begrüßt und waren stets da, wenn wir sie brauchten.
Das Haus ist sehr hell, modern und freundlich gestaltet. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Wohn- , Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte uns ein bisschen das Gefrierfach, ansonsten ebenfalls gut ausgestattet.
Von Bannewitzt sind es nur 15 Minuten Fahrzeit in die Innere Altstadt Desdens, wo man viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen kann.
