Welcome to our listed half-timbered house on the outskirts of Dresden.
The holiday home is part of a three-sided farm with a living space of approx. 70m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is situated in a quiet rural location in a cul-de-sac just 200 metres from the Dresden city limits.
The historic holiday home, which was extensively renovated and completed by March 2024, has all modern conveniences. From here, you can easily reach the city or Saxon Switzerland in a short time. There is also a limited network of hiking trails that can be used directly from here.
The house has two non-separable bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. It is therefore ideal for couples or small families.
There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside there is a seating area and a barbecue.
A wallbox is available for our guests travelling by electric car.
A car park is also available.
The house is characterised by beautiful wooden details that give it a warm and inviting character. The interior is stylish and comfortable, with modern furniture and lovely details. Enjoy the view of the Elbe valley all the way to the centre of Dresden.

Discover the Dresdner Land with the baroque city of Dresden, the medieval towns of Meissen and Pirna, the Elbe Valley, the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the Ore Mountains, the Moritzburg Lake District, the Saxon Wine Route, Meissen and the many castles of Saxony.
You will find a wide range of sports and recreational facilities in the surrounding area. There are swimming pools, spas, leisure centres, lakes and reservoirs as well as squash and tennis courts. There is a golf course about 5 km away. The proximity to the Ore Mountains opens up many opportunities for long hikes and in winter there are well-groomed cross-country skiing trails.
