Looking for a luxury holiday in a quiet but suburban location in a spacious luxury villa surrounded by palm trees, cypresses and orange groves, you will feel at home in our villa Ralf.
The villa is located in a district Ralf Denia with typical Mediterranean, village flair. Away from the tourist bustle lies the idyllic village in the midst of orange groves, yet centrally: only 3 km from the nearest sandy beach and about ten minutes to the quaint old town of Denia.
Denia is one of the most popular resorts in the Mediterranean. The Mediterranean small town with its castle is considered the gateway to the Costa Blanca and is affectionately called the California of Europe. Here's the season all year round.
The Villa Ralf is on a 3700 square meter plot with a beautiful, secluded garden. It was completely renovated in 2012 and offers everything that belongs to a dream vacation. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a cozy living area with gas fireplace and TV, and a 100 square meter terrace, are covered by the 60 sqm. There is also the barbeque. The pool is 12x5 meters in size, not far away there is a Jacuzzi for 6 persons and a sauna house. For sporting activities there is a tennis court with floodlights, which can be converted into a volleyball court and a few simple steps, a basketball hoop, table tennis and a trampoline. For small children, a playground has been created, with a 50sqm large sandpit in which a baby pool, slide, swings etc are. Furthermore, located on the property a 60sqm large guest house with a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.

The Villa Ralf and Julia Finca located in Torre Carrals, a district of the popular Spanish resort of Dénia. The district is characterized by the typical Mediterranean, village flair.
The two luxury villas are situated only a few steps away from each other.
Away from the tourist bustle of the main town, the idyllic settlement lies still central: three kilometers to the nearest sandy beach, three minutes drive to the motorway and about ten minutes to Dénia. Surrounded by palms, cypresses and orange groves, comes here once in a holiday mood.
Varied homecooked, clear, blue shimmering water and maintained beaches are ideal to sunbathe in refreshing breeze, to swim or walk on the beach.
To the north the area Las Marinas, with its endless fine sandy beaches La Punta del Raset, Les Marines, Les Bovetes, Els Molins, L'Almadrava and Les Deveses. All the beaches are easily accessible. Little busy areas with beautiful dunes are available as well as comfortable beaches with beach bars, showers and every conceivable service facilities.
Numerous festivals and countless relics of the millennia-old history of the city make the typical cultural diversity. Trips to the National Park Montgo, the natural beauty of the region is disclosed.
Due to their numerous regattas and nautical events the city is known as a water sports center on the Mediterranean. It constitutes the nearest point of the Iberian Peninsula to the Balearic Islands and thus good transfer options.

Beautiful Villa Ralf
Very clean and cosy! We liked it very much
A few small things could be improved e.g. the basketball basket, which was disappointing for us
Otherwise everything was fine and the service before and during the trip was pleasant and good.

Super gepflegt, sauber, ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse, hinter einem auf Knopfdruck zu schließenden Tor.
Exzellente Ausstattung, Küchen, Klimaanlagen, Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool, alles perfekt. Organisation freundlich und effizient. Fazit: rundum empfehlenswert!
