This facility is ideal for all parties and celebrations. In the grill hut 12-15 persons can make themselves comfortable around the large table grill, the barrel sauna offers place for 4-5 persons.
Here you can celebrate your parties and no one will disturb you.
Ideal starting point for trips to the nearby ski area and for extended hikes
In a very quiet location at 1400m and about 2 km from the ski area Klippitztörl away, the detached house is located on a flat area of 700m ²
The self-catering cottage offers space for a maximum of 14 (16) persons(Comfortable are 12 persons, on request space for 30 persons can be offered in cooperation with neighbours. Distance of the houses approx. 50m as the crow flies) is approx. 140m² large. The 16 beds are divided into four bedrooms, two of which have a bunk bed or cot. In the common rooms three double couches can be converted into double beds. You will find a total of 4 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two upstairs, as well as a TV room upstairs with a possible 4 beds. In the common room on the ground floor a set of seats can also be converted into beds. The two bathrooms are each equipped with shower and toilet. An infrared sauna is installed in the bathroom of the upper floor. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee machine for filter and Tschibo Cafissimo machine with capsule, and refrigerator and a 90lt freezer

In the garden area you will find a wind-protected terrace, a children's playground, barbecue area, sunbathing lawn and plenty of parking spaces. Pets are of course welcome. However, dogs must be kept on a leash because of the nearby forest.
The house is easily accessible in summer and winter. For far travellers the landlord can offer (because of lack of space in the car) a beverage service at a reasonable price. Beer, wine, mineral water, cider and Zirbenschnaps are available. You can ask for this when booking or clarify it with your travel documents with the landlord. Wood briquettes or coal briquettes (in 10kg packs) can be purchased on site for a fee.
Breakfast pastries can be frozen.
Surrounded by pastures and forests, the house is located directly on the countless hiking trails that lead through the area. The next restaurant is 200m away. To Bad St. Leonhard you need approx. 12 km, there you find the next shopping possibilities
Centrally located for trips to Styria, Klagenfurt and Lower Carinthia as well as Slovenia and Italy. A winter and summer paradise awaits you, whether skiing or hiking, here you will find the right thing for everyone. From July to the end of September you will find yourself in a paradise of mushrooms and fungi, everything grows right on your doorstep.
Carinthia's most spectacular summer toboggan run and the fantastic adventure climbing garden with rocks and tree elements are almost on your doorstep.
After an exciting day's programme, relax in your own sauna.

Great accommodation

We had a great and relaxing holiday in the house with 5 small children and 5 adults.
It has a great outdoor area with play facilities for the children, a place for a campfire and a great barbecue hut.
In addition, you have a fantastic view of the surroundings and are not disturbed by other holidaymakers, nor do you disturb anyone yourself.
The house is superbly equipped and clean. The mattresses allow for a restful sleep and are not saggy.
The landlords are very friendly and take very good care of the guests and are always available
The fresh mushrooms were especially great?
A car is urgently needed, but then you can do many nice things.
Some nice hikes can also be done from the house, but especially with small children it is nicer to drive a bit first.
We will definitely be back!

Sunrise at Klippitztörl
Dear Neuper family!
I would like to thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable weekend.
My girlfriend celebrated her 30th birthday and I organised a surprise party for her. I didn't expect this weekend to be so perfect. We received a very warm welcome at the beginning. The barbecue hut and the sauna barrel were really great for us. The cleanliness of the whole hut really fascinated me.
The warmth of the Neuper family was a big surprise for us. My girlfriend wanted to do a sunrise hike on her birthday. Unfortunately, we didn't know our way around the area. The Neuper family offered to hike with us to the summit cross. It was simply wonderful and unforgettable!
Many, many thanks - there is simply nothing negative!!!!
We will certainly come again.

Great cottage
This is the second time we have spent our skiing holiday here with friends. The chalet is regularly modernised by the landlord and is very well equipped. We are welcomed as if we were friends! The settlement is always fair and without any problems. See you next year!

Great winter vacation
We always like to come back because everything you could want in a self-catering cabin is offered here. The grill hut and the outdoor barrel sauna are amazing. The large space around the house is great for children and adults.
Price-performance ratio is very good.

Surprise birthday party
It was a super great experience, ideal for all kinds of celebrations, cozy atmosphere, and a beautiful landscape. The barbecue hut is a great idea, everyone was really enthusiastic. The landlords were very nice and unusually helpful!

Carnival at Klippitztörl
We spent the Carnival holidays 2020 in the house with 8 adults and 8 children. We found everything very beautiful and comfortable, the new kitchen with a dishwasher is great. The children had a lot of space to play both inside and outside. The only downside was sleeping arrangements; we were glad we accommodated 2 children with their parents in bed and did not have to use the sofa bed in the living room. The grill hut and barrel sauna are also very nice. And the ski slopes were excellent too.

Immer wieder super, jetzt noch besser
Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das letzte Mal waren wir im Sommer 2017 in dem schönen Ferienhaus und konnten Landschaft und Umgebung genießen. Das Ferienhaus bot uns einen erholsamen Ausklang mit Kindern und Hund. Die Aussenanlage nutzen wir viel zum Grillen und war für die Kinder ein gelungener Spielort.
Das Haus hat einen großen Gemütlichkeitsfaktor. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Das obige Wohnzimmer dient nicht nur als zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit, sonder auch zum gemütlichen Rückzug. Der große Tisch war auch in diesem Jahr der Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Gemeinsames Essen, spielen, feiern,lachen…die Gemeinschaft, spielte sich an diesem Tisch ab.
Wir waren in diesem Jahr in den Winterferien (2020)mit unseren Freunden (Familie mit zwei Kindern) hier und fühlten uns total wohl im Haus. Begeistert waren wir über die neue Grillhütte, in der das Grillen richtig Spaß macht. Auch die Fassauna ist einladen und erholsam.
Über die modernisierte Küche mit Spühlmaschine haben wir uns auch gefreut, so blieb der Spühldienst unseren Kindern erspart(hahaha).
Das Familienskigebiet ist ebenfalls ein Besuch wert. Da der Winter sehr warm war, war um die Pisten alles braun. Die Pisten selbst aber präpariert, so dass man gut fahren konnte. Hier in diesem Gebiet geben sich die Menschen wirklich Mühe das es einem gut geht. Von daher ist auch “wir kommen als Fremde und gehen als Freunde!” Nicht daher gesagt, sondern die Haltung all jener die Dich als Gast empfangen. Auf diesem Weg, vielen Dank!
Es war alles in allem wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Familienferienhaus Neuper. Deshalb sind wir im Dezember diesen Jahres wieder bei euch.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Superurlaub mit Haustier
Das Gästehaus bietet für eine Großfamilie oder ein Event viel Platz; es gibt für 10 Personen und mehr genügend sehr wohlige Betten; im Essszimmer mit dem großen Tisch und der gemütlichen Sitzgarnitur finden alle ausgiebig Platz und ein Kachelofen bringt wunderbare Wärme; der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Im Haus gibt es eine Infrarotlichtkabine; wenn dem zu wenig ist, dann darf die Fasssauna benutzt werden. Eine wunderschöne Idee ist die eigene Grillhütte im Garten. Man kann hier wunschlos glücklich sein und allen Komfort genießen, den man sich wünscht. Die Eigentümer sind zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und geben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen. Generell ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu netten Unternehmungen. Wir hatten 2 Tage Regenwetter im Wanderurlaub, was kein Problem darstellte, denn Tagesausflüge nach Graz und Villach sind gut machbar (wir hatten unsere 3 Teenager in der Therme geparkt und währenddessen unseren Kulturhunger gestillt). Die nahe gelegene Sommerrodelbahn ist sehr lustig und der Hochseilgarten (der eigentlich eine Kombination von Hochseilgarten und Klettersteig ist) ist sehr besonders. Ich empfehle hier eine Kombinationskarte zu nehmen, da man da gut sparen kann. Bei Wanderungen besuchen wir gerne Hütten zur Mittagsesseneinkehr. Selten so delikat am Berg gegessen! Die kleine Küche fand ich vollkommen ausreichend, denn im Urlaub, kocht wohl kaum wer ein Vier-Gänge-Menü. Die Küche ist sehr ausgiebig ausgestattet. Oft hat man ja bei Ferienwohnungen das Problem von zu wenig Haushaltshelfern oder Geschirr. Das alles ist sehr ausreichend vorhanden. Wir waren mit Hund und 3 Jugendlichen da. Hundebesitzer kennen das ja gut, dass die Unterkunftssuche oft schwierig ist mit Vierbeiner. Das muß dem Besitzer hoch angerechnet werden. es ist aber sicher empfehlenswert eine Bettchen für den Hund mitzunehmen und den Hund nach dem Gassi die Pfoten abzuwischen, denn es sollte ja kein Nachteil für diese netten Vermieter sein, wenn sie so tierlieb sind. Aufenthalt über die Faschingsferien 2019
Wir waren mit weiteren vier Familien über Faschingsferien in Almhütte, es war sehr schön. Das Haus ist groß bis auf die Küche, eine Spülmaschine ist dringend erforderlich. Sonst ist im Haus alles vorhanden, es ist sauber und gemütlich. Eine Sauna und eine Infrarotkabine war ebenso fantastisch.

Sg.Fam Dubovik! Wir Freuen uns das es Ihnen bei uns Gefallen hat. Der Einbau einer Spühlmaschine ist aus Temperatur-Gründen nicht Machbar. Da wir mit einem Kaminofen heizen und keine Zentralheizung haben würde bei Nichtbelegung im Winter jedesmal die Pumpe Einfrieren, denn eine kpl. Entleerung ist nur durch Ausbau des Gerätes Möglich. Ein Nachbarhaus musste mehrmals Ihr Gerät in einem Jahr rep. lassen und hatte diese Probleme so wie wir sie hätten.
Trotzdem würde ich mich Freuen wenn wir uns einmal >Wiedersehen.

Silvester am Klippitztörl
Das Ferienhaus war nach der Vorauswahl über die Homepage unser Urlaubsziel. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht und unsere Erwartungen wurden vollständig erfüllt: Das Haus hatte für uns eine freundliche Ausstrahlung, die uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen hieß. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, wie es die Beschreibung im Internet versprach.
Wir verbrachten im Ferienhaus wunderbare Tage. Das idyllisch gelegene Haus war bei unserer Ankunft bereits liebevoll hergerichtet und es fehlte uns während unserem Urlaub nichts.
Das Einzige, was uns negativ aufgefallen war, ist das es keine Spülmaschine gab. Dennoch war es kein Hindernis, das man nicht meistern konnte.
Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Sommerurlaub mit Familie
Wir sind eine 14. köpfige Familie und haben unseren Urlaub genossen wie noch keinen bisher. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und durch die gute Einführung und Betreuung unseres Gastgebers haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht.
Die Anlage mit Spielplatz, Liegewiese und Grillhütte sowie der Fass Sauna sind sehr gelungen, so etwas sieht man nicht alle Tage. Der Preis ist das Wert was geboten wird.
Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens weiter Empfehlen, wir kommen sicher Wieder.

Sommerurlaub
