Whether hiking or skiing holiday, you are exactly right with us. You stay in a quiet, detached house at the edge of the forest with sunbathing and play lawn, play and barbecue area.

A large seating terrace, ideal for sun-hungry vacationers.
This facility is perfect for all parties and celebrations. In the grill hut, 12-14 people can make themselves comfortable around the large table grill, the barrel sauna offers space for 4-5 people.
Here you can celebrate your parties undisturbed and no one will bother you.
Ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby ski area as well as for extended hikes.
In a very quiet location at 1400m and about 2 km from the Klippitztörl ski area, the detached house is situated on a flat plot of 700m². The self-catering hut offers space for a maximum of 14 people; on request, in cooperation with neighbors, space for 30 people can be provided. The distance between the houses is about 50m as the crow flies. The hut is about 140m² in size. The 14 beds are divided among four bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms containing a bunk bed or a cot. In the common rooms, two double couches, which are used as seating arrangements, can be converted into double beds. You will find a total of 4 bedrooms here, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, as well as a TV room on the upper floor with up to 4 possible beds.
The two bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and toilet.
An infrared sauna is installed in the bathroom on the upper floor.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee machine for filter coffee and Nespresso with capsules, refrigerator, and a 90-liter freezer.
Dishwasher! Comfort and coziness reign in our house.
In the living room with fireplace and stove bench, large seating area and, of course, satellite TV.
In the garden area, a wind-protected seating terrace, a children's playground, barbecue area, sunbathing lawn, and ample parking spaces are available to you. Pets are of course welcome. However, dogs must be kept on a leash due to the nearby forest. An open fire pit is also available.
The house is easily accessible in both summer and winter. For guests traveling from afar, the landlord can offer a beverage service at a reasonable price (due to lack of space in the car). Beer, wine, mineral water, apple cider, and stone pine schnapps are available. You can request this when booking or arrange it with the landlord along with your travel documents. On site, wood briquettes or coal briquettes (in 10kg packages) can be purchased for a fee.
Frozen breakfast pastries available. Surrounded by meadows and forests, the house is located directly on the countless hiking trails that lead through the area. The nearest restaurant is 200m away. It is about 12 km to Bad St. Leonhard, where you will find the nearest shopping facilities.
Centrally located for excursions to Styria, Klagenfurt and Lower Carinthia as well as Slovenia and Italy. A winter and summer paradise awaits you—whether skiing or hiking, here you will find something for everyone. From July to the end of September, you are in a mushroom and fungi paradise; everything grows right outside the door.
Carinthia’s most spectacular summer toboggan run and the fantastic adventure climbing park with rock and tree elements are almost on your doorstep.
After an exciting day’s program, relax in your own sauna. On request, up to 35 people can be accommodated with neighbors in the immediate vicinity.
In cooperation with several guesthouses, hut evenings with pick-up can be organized.

Great accommodation
The friendliness of Mr Neuper is above average. We enjoyed the stay very much among friends and family. We are already looking forward to our next stay. The barbecue hut is the absolute highlight.

Family, Nature, Recreation
We had a great and relaxing holiday in the house with 5 small children and 5 adults.
It has a great outdoor area with play facilities for the children, a place for a campfire and a great barbecue hut.
In addition, you have a fantastic view of the surroundings and are not disturbed by other holidaymakers, nor do you disturb anyone yourself.
The house is superbly equipped and clean. The mattresses allow for a restful sleep and are not saggy.
The landlords are very friendly and take very good care of the guests and are always available
The fresh mushrooms were especially great?
A car is urgently needed, but then you can do many nice things.
Some nice hikes can also be done from the house, but especially with small children it is nicer to drive a bit first.
We will definitely be back!
