HOLIDAY FLAT "PORT" BETWEEN SEA & BODDEN
The holiday flat "Backbord" consists of: Hall wardrobe, storage room, bathroom/WC, bedroom and a living/dining room
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (for 2 persons), 1 armchair, coffee table, sideboard, HD TV, hi-fi system with radio, CD and DVD player.
From the living room you have direct access to the sun terrace (south facing) with table and comfortable chairs.
In the dining area you will find a modern fully equipped fitted kitchen with a 4 plate ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, sink and dishwasher. Of course, there is a coffee machine, 1 kettle and a toaster. A large dining table with 4 chairs awaits you for meals.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and night consoles.
In the bathroom you will find a washstand with illuminated wall mirror, 1 WC and a spacious shower with shallow access.
Suitcases, windbreaks - or even the crate of beer - can be stored in the storage room.
The illuminated parking spaces are located directly in front of the house and are available to our guests free of charge.
A covered storage facility for bicycles is available.
The holiday flat is rented out all year round.
Of course, our flats are equipped with modern radio-networked smoke/fire detectors and all hot water taps are equipped with scald protection.

Our newly built house is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature - between the sea and the Bodden.
The cycle path, which is only a few metres away, invites you to take relaxing bike tours along the Baltic Sea coast or the Bodden. A bicycle rental and a shopping market with bakery can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The beach can be reached by bike over the dyke in about 10 minutes, as can the town centre. The distance to the Bodden is about 500 metres - an ideal starting point for observing the crane migration.
The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst is the easternmost municipality of the charming Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain and is nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park. Zingst is an attractive holiday resort full of traditional charm in a modern yet charming ambience. Relaxing holiday
We were very satisfied and will gladly come back. Very pleasant landlord who is knowledgeable about the area and always available with advice and assistance. The furnishings of the flat fully correspond to the description on the internet - also very clean and well maintained. Quiet location - for pedestrians the town centre and sights are nevertheless easily accessible. Nearby supermarket with bakery around the corner in 5-10 minutes on foot, depending on your condition.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben in unserem Urlaub einen sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter kennen lernen dürfen, der jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Mit Einkaufs-, Ausflugs- und Einkehrtipps steht er jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Ortsrand von Zingst, nahe eines Supermarktes und Tankstelle. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Räume sind für zwei Personen ausgelegt, hell und Freundlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnungsbeschreibung im Internet trifft voll und ganz zu. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Zingst sind fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit.

Relaxation in a quiet Baltic Sea resort
Fully met our expectations. Flat comfortable and above all quiet. A few steps to walk to the village, but easily doable. Good shopping facilities within walking distance. (Very good: veranda for relaxing available. With nice company (house cat)!
We liked it very much, we would like to come back. Tip for the landlord: Dishwasher does not run because it is full but because there are no more dishes/glasses. Glasses and plates, cutlery could be a bit more. All in all: great!

unsere Wohnungen sind mit einem Kombiservice- Set (50- teilig), Gläser und Besteck für 6 Personen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns für einen Geschirrspüler für 13 Maßgedecke entschieden um für Kochtöpfe und Pfannen einen optimalen Stauraum zu schaffen. Unsere Gäste haben die Möglichkeit Geschirr in der Spüle zu reinigen oder auch den Geschirrspüler zu nutzen, auch wenn dieser mit Geschirr von 2 Personen nie ausgelastet ist.
Der Geschirrspüler kann gerne benutzt werden, auch wenn er nicht voll ist!!!!
