The house is located 4 kilometers away from the village center on a 350 meter high mountain with direct sea views. The village Traiguera, with 2,000 residents, is just a few km from Vinarós, in the heart of "Baix Maestrat" and at an altitude of 271 m. Surrounded by Mediterranean agriculture with magnificent olive almond and carob trees, it is very beautiful. A quaint village with beautiful buildings, remnants of its medieval city walls are still standing. Wide known Traiguera is for his long-standing and traditional pottery. The "Alfareria" in place there is today and has been family owned for generations. Time-out in the midst of olive groves and a view of the sea.
If you're looking for a relaxed vacation, far removed from everyday life, then Katja's place is a really great option. The views up there are simply beautiful, whether you're looking at the mountains or the sea. The beautiful plants and flowers around the house are eye-catching, as is the attention to detail in the interior and exterior decor.
It's a place to switch off and enjoy peace and quiet.
Our two dogs quickly settled in and felt very comfortable there.
We did everything in the surrounding area that was recommended to us and also discovered beautiful hikes through Komoot.
The vacation was simply too short.
We will definitely see Katja and her 'pack' again!

A beautiful oasis
In the middle of the mountains around Vinaros, Calig, St.Jordi lies this beautiful property with a wonderful view of the nearby Mediterranean Sea. The small finca has been furnished with great attention to detail and a sense of creativity, and the owner has left out no eventuality. The entire property is fenced, so that the four-legged companions can go exploring at any time, there is a small playground for children, a pool for the undoubtedly very warm months in Spain, a donkey and a pony that always come to visit, chickens that give eggs and lots of art that invites you to explore. The finca has four (very comfortable) beds, TV, Wi-Fi, a wonderful terrace, games, an oven for the cold months, cooking utensils, in other words, everything you need to settle in and explore Spain from there. Vinaros is about 20 minutes away by car, Cali and St. Jordi about ten.
The owner is a kind-hearted, very loving person who makes almost every wish possible for her tenants and is always helpful with tips and advice. We have already been there twice and will definitely come back, because the relaxation factor here cannot be topped.

Holiday in the sun
As we arrived we were warmly welcomed and given our keys. Any questions were always answered immediately or tips on excursions given to us. A must for anyone looking for peace and quiet and a refined atmosphere. We will be back again and again.

Paradise among olive trees.
As described above in the headline, it is a small paradise for holidaymakers looking for peace and relaxation, the finch is located between olive trees and is an oasis of peace.
Katja is a great host and very friendly, helpful and always has an open ear and gives tips on what to do in the area.
The interior of the finca leaves nothing to be desired and is very well maintained and clean.
We will be back?

Pure relaxation!
We had an indescribable 4 weeks of wonderful holidays in the finca. Far up on the hill, away from the stress of everyday life. We have never seen such a clear starry sky in Germany. Including shooting stars. The children were thrilled with the pony, the donkey and the dogs. Of course, the pool on the huge property was the highlight. The beaches of Benicarlo, Vinaros and Peñíscola can be reached in max 30min. The Aquarama water park was worth a day trip. The nearest small supermarket was 10min away. Bakery, tobacco shop and pharmacy in less than 10min. Katja's olive oil is very tasty. We can highly recommend Katja's property

Sehr entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen an einem sehr idyllischen Ort. Der Strand in Vinaros ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar und ist immer wieder schön. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreich. Katja war immer für Tipps und Fragen erreichbar und immer gut gelaunt. Ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub!!

Great place, lovely people
A beautiful finca, not far from the village. The very beautiful and lovingly furnished holiday home is located on the beautiful property of Katja and her family. The place invites you to relax and at the same time everything else (beach, lakes, nice places, restaurants and beautiful landscapes) is very easy to reach by car

Entspannung pur
Wenn man einen ruhigen Ort sucht zum Erholen, dann ist man hier genau richtig! Wenn man Hund, Esel und Pony mag, ist man hier auch genau richtig!
Für unseren Hund und fpr unsere Tochter, natürlich auch für uns Eltern, war es hier ein schöner entspannter Urlaub!

Beautiful house in a great rural location
The stay with our 2 children was wonderful. Our great stay was rounded off with the obliging and open manner of the hostess.
The house is located about 2 km from the village of Traiguera and about 20km from Vinaroz. The location is rural, i.e. somewhat remote, but all the more peaceful for it. The tame (domestic) animals were a welcome and nice change from the everyday quiet. The pool offered a refreshing play option for the children.
A recommendable holiday home for all those who are looking for relaxation and nature.

Ein kleines Paradies, immer wieder!
Eine Familie die selbst dort lebt und sich sehr darum bemüht, dass es uns als Gäste gut geht und das Haus seine Qualität behält.
Wir waren diesmal mit noch 2 Senioren und konnten wieder zwölf wunderbare Tage Urlaub pur verbringen.Weg von Bettenburgen und Touristenrummel jedoch mit der Möglichkeit mit dem Auto in 20 min. an der Küste mit Strand und Shopping oder am romatischen Stausee zum Baden zu fahren. Was ich nicht verstehe ist die Kritik an der Anfahrt, wir wollen ein Haus wo keine Touris herumschwirren.
Ehrlich es gibt viel schlimmere Wege und man hat sich beim zweiten mal auf und ab schnell daran gewöhnt und neunzig % der Strecke ist so wie so asphaltiert.
Man sollte natürlich auch gut zu Fuß sein ist ja schließlich eine Finca und keine Strandpromenade.Dafür wird man belohnt mit einen fantatischen Ausblick und Ruhe. Wir jedenfalls freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Urlaub auf Casasrojas.

Einfach toll!!!
Wir haben wunderschöne 2 Wochen Urlaub in der Finca von Dirk und Katja verbracht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, besonders unsere Tochter, die viel Zeit mit den Tieren verbracht hat. 'Wir kommen wieder. :-)

Sehr schade, dass der Service, die Lage und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis so bewertet wurden, obwohl bereits am Anreisetag darum gebeten wurde, für das Jahr 2018 ein verbindliches Angebot zu übergeben, welches der Kunde auch sofort dankend annahm. Der Weg ist wie beschrieben ein Sandweg, der zu 90 % bereits betoniert ist und regelmässig von der Gemeinde Traiguera gereinigt wird. Wenn es irgendwelche Wünsche, Verbesserungen oder Probleme gab, verstehe ich nicht, warum diese Dinge nicht während des Urlaubs mit mir besprochen werden. Ich war jeden Tag präsent, es wäre immer nett dieses vor Ort direkt mit mir zu besprechen, anstatt sich jetzt zu beschweren. Sehr schade.

Eine Wohlfühloase der Ruhe
Wir hatten das große Glück, 4 Wochen Urlaub auf der Finca verbringen zu können. Das einzig "negative" was ich sagen kann... leider verging auch die Zeit viiiel zu schnell und wir hätten sehr gerne nochmals 2 Wochen drangehängt, so wohl haben wir uns gefühlt. Auch unsere kleine Tochter wurde herzlich aufgenommen und bekam jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Herzlichkeit und Service sind bei Katja und Dirk grossgeschrieben. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Und auch von dieser Wahnsinnsaussicht kann man in anderen Ferienhäusern nur träumen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für eine wunderbare Zeit.

Wohlfühloase
So Herzlich wurden wir noch nie bei einem Ferienhausurlaub empfangen und betreut! Es mangelte an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist der HAMMMER! Traumhafte Terasse mit Bett zum lesen und entspannen. Es wurde Nachts und Abends zu unserer Zeit (März/April) noch frisch, und so konnten wir Feuer im Ofen machen und bei Olivenholzgeknister den Abend und die Nacht genießen.
Wir waren dort mit unseren Kindern (Mädels 2 und 5 Jahre). Die neuen Schaukeln wurden jeden Tag getestet und die kleine hat sogar 1x in der Nestschaukel ihren Mittagsschlaf gehalten. Die Angst vor Hunden von unserer jüngsten war auch nach einem Tag verflogen. So liebe, nette, süße Hunde!!! Rumba und Tamtam natürlich auch.
Unsere älteste Tochter war selten zu sehen und hat mit Lilly eine tolle neue Freundin gefunden.
Die Auf- und Abfahrt auf den Berg war auch nach einem Tag routine und ohne Probleme mit einem VW Bus T4 zu meistern.
Die Paella von Katja ist auch sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Toilettendeckel wurde erst nach mehreren anfragen repariert
wenn es Probleme gibt sollte man sich nur an Herrn dirk dudek wenden der

Dieser Kommentar entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Der Toilettendeckel wurde am selben Tag gewechselt, der Weg ist wie beschrieben, ca. 4 Km lang, um ins Dorf zu gelangen. Tatsächlich sind diese Gäste immer mit dem Kfz gefahren, gewandert sind sie nie. Hinzu kommt, dass sie mit einem Geländewagen anreisten und keinerlei Probleme mit der Zuwegung bekamen. Die Stromversorgung, die im Reisepreis, wie auch das gesamte verbrauchte Wasser enthalten ist, wird gemäss den AGB gewährleistet durch die Solarenergie. Bei nicht ausreichender Sonneneinstrahlung wurde regelmässig am Abend, ebenfalls ohne Berechnung, der Generator gestartet und das Haus mit ausreichend Strom versorgt. Extrem unfair sind die Bewertungen zur Lage, die traumhaft ist, wie in den anderen Bewertungen auch beschrieben, genau wie Service und Ausstattung. Wir haben immer sofort reagiert, wenn es Fragen gab. Nur wegen privater Differenzen mit dem Vermieter, kann man hier nicht eine derart schlechte und unwahre Bewertung abgeben.

Wunderbarer Urlaub *****
Hier wurden wir herzlich empfangen und betreut! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll und Ladestypisch eingerichtet . Es ist alles vorhanden sogar WLAN und das alles mit Solarstrom! Es wurde Nachts (November) etwas frisch, und so konnten wir Feuer im Kamin machen und bei Olivenholzgeknister gemütlich kuscheln. Wir waren dort mit unserer Freundschaft zur Olivenernte, ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Auch die Tiere auf der Finca haben uns viel Freude bereitet.Das Fahren auf dem Berg ist ohne Probleme auch mit einem Mietwagen zu meistern. Dafür wird man mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht belohnt. Es hat uns auch die absolute Ruhe gefallen, hier kann man vom Altagsstress abschalten. Wir als Senioren haben uns sehr wohlgefühl und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Ferienwohnung!
Die Finca ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Absolut alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus und der dazugehörige Garten waren sehr ordentlich und sauber.
Die Vermieter habe alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Sehr offene und herzliche Menschen die sich immer um Ihre Gäste kümmern.
Wir können die Finca nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Urlaub im Paradies
Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen, das einem sofort ein wohliges Gefühl gibt. Alles ist wie neu (so sauber!) und hat doch Geist und Charakter. Bei den Vermietern könnte man ins Schwärmen geraten. Sie kümmern sich toll um ihre Gäste, sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und offen. Perfekt!
Wir haben dort eine ganz besonders schöne Zeit erlebt und können das Ferienhaus wärmstens und vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen.

traumhaft schön...
Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, so etwas erlebt man selten. Hatten einen richtig tollen Urlaub. Tolles Haus mit einer super Ausstattung es fehlt wirklich gar nix. Schöner Garten, läd zum entspannen ein. Absolute Ruhe...
Wir können wirklich überall volle Sterne geben weil es einfach super war.
Man kann Eure Finca nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein entspannter Urlaub!
Wir haben hier unseren Sonmerurlaub 2016 verbracht und es war wunderbar!
Ein tolles Häuschen, in dem es an Nichts mangelt.
Man wohnt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit tollem Ausblick. Ein Auto ist schon erforderlich.
Die Vermieter sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles alles in Allen einfach perfekt!
