Casasrojas vacation rental offers you a holiday of a special kind. You live in your own holiday house on a plot of approx. 13000 m2, with direct sea view, only 15 minutes from one of the most beautiful coasts of Spain, with gravely sand beaches, on a 350 meter high Mountain in indescribable peace. Equipment: Living room with digital satellite TV (German channels), corner couch, wooden floor. 2 bedrooms with double beds each 140x190 cm, wardrobes and laminate flooring. Living room with dining area, table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, built-in wardrobes, complete dishes, pots and pans, wet bar and sink. Upper bathroom with sink and toilet, lower bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Sun terrace with seating and view from the Ebro Delta to Peñiscola. On the Casasrojas complex (200 meters away) there are toys for children, swings, climbing ropes, etc., as well as a swimming pool. On the farm you will find our Pony Rumba, the Eselin Tamtam, chickens, as well as cats and dogs. Enjoy a walk through the untouched nature of Traigueras with our two favorite Rumba and Tamtam. Our daughter Lilli accompanies you. Fresh chicken eggs can also be obtained directly from us. Have fun and maybe we'll meet in one of the most beautiful regions of Spain.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday house is located 4 km from the village center on a 350 meter high mountain with direct sea view. The village of Traiguera, with 2000 inhabitants, is located just a few kilometers from Vinarós, in the heart of the "Baix Maestrat" and at an altitude of 271 m. Surrounded by a Mediterranean agriculture with beautiful olive and almond and carrots it is very nice. A picturesque small village with beautiful buildings, remains of its medieval city wall are still preserved. Traiguera is widely known for its long-standing and traditional pottery craft. The "Alfareria" in the village still exists today and has been family-owned for generations. The jugs "cántaros" and "botijos", which can be found and bought in various forms in the many beautiful ceramics exhibitions, are particularly popular.

Very beautiful and quiet location. (You have peace and quiet if you want it) Very suitable as a starting point for motorcycle tours through the surrounding mountains as well as to the beach, which is 10 km away. The house is in very good condition and very clean.
Mrs. Katja CASASROJAS is a very friendly and accommodating person. You feel comfortable immediately. The accommodation is highly recommended.

A great getaway
We had a relaxing week at this house. It is spacious, well equipped and has outdoor spaces to choose from. We traveled with our dog and we enjoyed all our walks in the hills around. Katja was super helpful and assisted with all our questions. The owners should probably find a solution to the water temperature of the shower, either cold or boiling hot. Overall a good holiday home.

We had a great time
there are only one or two points to complain about. We travel with dogs and because the area is not fenced in, the three of them were always on the move in the mountains. For the relatively high price, which is of course due to the fact that it is a summer holiday, there were a few things in and around the house that could have been repaired, such as holes in the fly screen, or the fact that the heat of the water is unfortunately poorly adjustable. It is either very hot or freezing cold
On the other hand, the personal care of the house sitter was wonderful. Including the first groceries, which were perfect after the long journey, as well as a very cordial approach to our wishes and questions. We had a great time and will definitely come back soon.

Very nice location, Beautiful view
Hello,
we were there for a week in August, 3 adults and 2 teenagers, unfortunately far too short, we liked it so much. The location and the view were amazing. The house is spacious and well equipped, except the fridge was too small.
The landlady, Mrs Kaudelka, is very nice and always helpful when you need her
The animals in the yard are very nice and trusting, even the three big dogs. You can feed and paint the animals, Mrs. Kaudelka does it really well, thank you and see you soon. ??

Einfach hervorragend
Es ist ein wundervolles Haus ganz oben auf dem Berg, mit Rundumblick im Radius von zig Kilometern, auch aufs Meer von der oberen Terrasse aus (Das Haus hat 2 wundervolle Terrassen). Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Mit der Gastgeberin war alles super easy, sie war immer erreichbar und offen für unsere Anliegen. Wir bekamen fast ein familiäres Gefühl. Auf diesem Wege ein herzliches Dankeschön, liebe Katja :-)
Wir werden diesen Urlaub nie vergessen, es war einfach hervorragend und es wird sicher nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass wir dorthin gehen.
