Holiday flat for 2 persons in 04249 Leipzig, outskirts of Leipzig-Southwest (approx. 30 sqm living space), 1 room, SAT-TV, kitchenette, bathroom, shower and car parking space for holidays in the south of Leipzig, near Cospuden Lake.
Rental only from 01 May to 31 October of the current year.
The holiday flat has a bathroom with shower, WC, hot water boiler and two beds in the sleeping area. You will also find a fitted kitchen with crockery, cutlery, hotplate, fridge, sink and coffee machine. The parking space in the courtyard in front of the house is available for your car.
There is space to accommodate a child on its own cot, cot or airbed or similar with its own bed linen - of course without a rental surcharge.
Self-catering, bed linen for 2 persons is provided, please bring your own towels and household linen. Non-smoking holiday flat.
Up to 2 dogs welcome, more on request.
In the summer months, there is a small outdoor area with garden furniture and a view of the green area right next to the holiday flat.

An excursion and recreational opportunities are in the immediate vicinity of the Cospuden, a large amusement park, the natural pool southwest, the Knauthainer castle park and the Magpie Reservoir. Here is a large recreation area of ??the city of Leipzig. The terminus of tram line 3, which leads to the city center and the station of the S-Bahn are within 10 minutes walking distance. The larger shopping center in Grosszschocher offers all the shopping for daily needs are the resident shops.

I grew up here in Leipzig-Knauthain, have lived here since 1965, went to school here and then did an apprenticeship as a skilled worker. I live together with my family in this property with 1200 square metres of garden in a larger detached house. I have developed and furnished the holiday flat, which is located in an outbuilding on this property, for rent. The advantages of this property are the proximity to the city of Leipzig (tram connection and suburban railway) - there is always something going on in Leipzig, the proximity to Lake Cospuden for those who like to swim with crystal-clear water and shady spots on the shore, and the quiet location of the holiday home for relaxation and recreation. The wonderful view from the apartment into the garden with the green area also contributes to this.
