Thanks to its proximity to Lake Cospuden, the wildlife park or the AGRA Park, our small holiday home is an ideal starting point for a bike or boat tour, a walk or for extensive hikes in nature. In addition to relaxation and recreation at the lake, you can also reach Leipzig's city centre with its variety of cultural and sporting activities in just a few minutes. There is a supermarket, bakery, restaurant and public transport in the immediate vicinity.

Absolutely recommended
This small, very clean accommodation is absolutely recommendable. Everything is within walking distance, especially Lake Cospuden is really beautiful. The landlady is very open-minded and helpful
You can also sit outside in the beautiful garden.

Well-being stay
Very beautiful, tastefully furnished holiday cottage in a dreamlike garden. We were able to extend our stay by 2 nights and spent a relaxing week here with a friendly and attentive hostess. Ideal starting point for e-bike tours around Leipzig. We will gladly come back.

Beautifully located vacation cottage!
The small 1-room holiday home is really great in a lovingly designed garden. The interior is just as loving and inviting. You can reach everything super quickly and yet have so much nature around you. The absolutely great Leipzig Zoo is only 10 minutes away by car, and beautiful lakes, parks and good restaurants are only a few minutes away. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for this great accommodation, we will recommend it.

Recommended cottage
The holiday cottage is lovingly and functionally furnished and except for a stove, it offers everything you need. It is highly recommended for couples, but also small families with their own travel cot, especially in the summer time with the cozy seating area in the garden. The location is great for excursions to the lakes or to Leipzig. The landlady was also very nice and helpful, so we felt completely comfortable.

The small holiday home, which is located in the garden, is clean and functionally furnished. The ground-level shower is very nice. In the well-maintained garden, there is a cozy seating area, which is no longer located at the street as shown in the pictures, but in the rear garden area. Those who, like us, bring their own bicycles can shelter them in the shed. Charging the batteries was also not a problem. The holiday home is a good starting point for tours in the Neuseenland with its well-developed and signposted network of cycle paths as well as numerous bathing areas. Leipzig can also be easily reached via cycle paths.

Nice bungalow in a wonderful garden, very nice hosts.
The bungalow is clean, functional and lovingly furnished and located in a beautiful garden. You can also have breakfast or barbecue in it. The hosts are helpful and very nice.
The location is very good for bike tours to the nearby lakes and the city center of Leipzig is also easy to reach.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
