Very pleasant stay
This vacation rental is very large and cozy. It has everything you need. The apartment is very well heated in all rooms, you have Wi-Fi, a large television, and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is also very comfortable with a bathtub and shower. We particularly liked the peace and quiet. The apartment is located in a villa district, yet very close to the city. Nearby is the tram stop to the city center, which is easily accessible with just a few stops. Contacting the landlord works very well and he is very friendly. Thank you for the wonderful days!

Kalte Kellerwohnung / Nichts für kalte Jahreszeit
Liegt unterhalb des Erdreiches. Im Februar Kalt. Daher gemütliches Fernsehen nicht möglich.
Nicht ordentlich vorgewärmt. Spart an Heizung.
Konnten nur eine Nacht bleiben. Berechnete 66 Euro für zwei Monteure für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück. Preis empfinde ich als viel zu hoch. Endreinigung hin oder her.
Kein eigener Stellplatz für PKW bzw. Transporter vor der Tür. Lange Parkplatzsuche.
Ausstattung, zwar das Nötigste da, aber ungemütlich eingerichtet. Fenster können nicht für
eine Kellerwohnung in Bezug auf's Duschen blickdicht zugezogen werden.

bei uns zu Gast. Größe, Preis, Ausstattung, Lage usw. der FeWo waren Ihnen daher bekannt. Wenn Sie sich, wie Ihrer Bewertung zu entnehmen, bei uns so unwohl gefühlt haben, verstehe ich nicht, warum Sie sich nicht eine andere Wohnung gesucht haben. Das dürfte zu dieser Jahreszeit kein Problem gewesen sein. Zudem betragen die Kosten für eine Übernachtung und 2 Personen 55,- € und nicht wie von Ihnen behauptet 66,-€. Auch liegt die FeWo weder „unter dem Erdreich“, noch wird an der Heizung gespart. Obwohl zu der Ferienwohnung normalerweise kein Parkplatz gehört, hatte ich Ihnen gestattet, auf einem Hausbewohner-Parkplatz zu parken. Diesen haben Sie auch während Ihres Aufenthaltes genutzt.
Daher ist Ihre Bewertung für mich völlig unverständlich.

Grosse Wohnung mit kleinen Fehlern
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr großzügig geschnitten und ganz nett eingerichtet.
Zu unserem Erstaunen- weil nirgendwo erwähnt- liegt sie im na ja: Tiefpartererre. Da liegt auch gleich der erste "Mangel": weder bei Tag noch bei Nacht ließ es sich irgendwo nett lesen, d.h. es fehlte die für diese Lage notwendige Beleuchtung. Das Bad war wunderbar, es fehlten aber komplett Möglichkeiten, Handtücher aufzuhänen, gar niergens der kleinste Haken oder eine Stange oder so. Und iin der Küche fanden wir die Ausstattung mit Pfannen und Töpfen erneuerungs- und ergänzungsbedürftig, jedenfalls wenn man echt mal kochen will!Aber sonst: nette Wohnung!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Den Zoo hört man draussen, er ist gleich dort. Kurzer Weg zur Strassnbahn und dadurch gehts recht flott in die Innenstadt.
free time activities: Alles was Halle so zu bieten hat.
shopping facilities: Schwierig, es empfiehlt sich Vorratshaltung oder ein längerer Spaziergang.
