A stone wall provides wind protection for the south-facing terrace, an electric awning provides shade, and the sunbathing lawn is protected from view.
A parking space for the car is directly at the house.

Kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC, storage room, spacious living area with access to the terrace.
Room layout on the upper floor:
Bedroom 1 with double bed (2x90x200), single bed (90x190) and access to the balcony.

This cosy and high-quality furnished holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac (Alpenstrandläuferweg) in the holiday home settlement of Neßmersiel.
Neßmersiel is a state-recognised coastal bathing resort and belongs to the joint municipality of Dornum. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.
There is an approx. m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment.
A modern holiday home area with houses in the Frisian architectural style typical of the region offers sufficient accommodation for every requirement.
Shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, well-developed cycle paths, various sports and leisure facilities in the close vicinity: fishing, swimming, beach volleyball, cycling, skating, horse riding, surfing, hiking, kite flying, etc., all contribute to relaxation and recreation.
Neßmersiel is the "Mecca of mudflat hikers". The expertly guided mudflat walks through the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park and to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney start from here.

Sehr angenehmer winterlicher Kuerzurlaub
In diesem gemüdliche, voll ausgestatteten und sauberen Haus haber wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt.
Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

super Ferienhaus
Ein Haus, dass mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert wurde. Es fehlt nichts, alles ist vorhanden ! Nicht nur ein Ferienhaus, sondern ein Heim auf Zeit.
Evtl. könnte man den Balkonboden gegen Regenwasser abdichten, sa dass man darunter auf der Terrasse auf der Bank im Trockenen sitzen kann.

Super gut zufrieden. Jederzeit wieder
Wir haben nur einen Kurzurlaub gemacht. Sind aber sehr gut zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, Service und Ausstattung gewesen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wenn wir nächste Mal Urlaub machen möchten, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus buchen. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind selbst mit kleinem Kind gut mit dem Fahrrad (welche auch vom Haus gestellt werden) zu erreichen. Es war ein super Urlaub !
