The house has 1,5 floors and garden to the south side. On the first floor there is a coatrack, guest WC with window, storeroom with washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, fridge with freezing compartment, living room with a spacious table with 4 chairs, leather sofa, TV, shoe cabinet. On the upper floor you'll find the master bedroom with a king size bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a cupboard, the second bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 x 200 cm each) and a cupboard. A shower bath with a window is also on this floor.
In the garden you'll find 4 garden chairs, 2 sun loungers, a garden table, a parasol and a small grill.
A parking space directly at the house as well.

The semi-detached house "Haus Marion" is located in a holiday housing area in Neßmersiel at the East Frisian North Sea coast.
The distance to the beach is about 2,7 km from the beach and harbour (here you can take the ferry to baltrum for a daytrip).
In the main season you'll find a bakery, a grocery and restaurants in the holiday housing area.
Take a relaxing walk or bike ride sheltered from the traffic on the dyke and explore the area from here.

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir waren im Mai 2022 mit Hund im Haus Marion. Herr Kaßler war sehr freundlich, ebenso wie die Verwalterin. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Haushalt braucht und in Ordnung,

Enttäuschend
Wir werden uns kurz fassen:
keine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe der Verwaltung
mussten uns bei Anreise darum kümmern ins Haus zu kommen
Außenanlagen verwildert, Terrasse daher nicht genutzt
Im Haus: sehr schmutzig, mit dem Gefühl sofort putzen zu müssen

Schöner Urlaub
Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sie war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist super nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Er gab Tipps zu Ausflügen und falls es Probleme mit der Unterkunft gibt, kann man ihn drauf ansprechen und er findet eine Lösung.
Wir konnten direkt von der Unterkunft aus (wir waren mit Fahrrädern da), sehr viele Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.
Die Restaurants: alle sehr gut und zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 9 Jahre und 17 Jahre) einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub. Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Holiday home Marion
From 24.07.-07.08.2021 we spent 2 relaxing weeks in Nessmersiel, a small quiet place on the Wadden Sea. With borrowed bicycles (2x bicycle rental on site) we could explore the closer surroundings of Dornum, Dornumersiel. We felt comfortable in the holiday home "Marion" even when the weather was not as good as we had hoped. From Nessmersiel you can take the ferry to Baltrum.

Sofa kaputt, Bett kaputt,
Sofa solte ausgetauscht werden, wurde nicht, Bett wurde zusammen geschraubt.
Haus minimal ausgestattet.

Wir weisen in dem Anschreiben bzw. der Infomail immer wieder darauf hin, uns direkt bei Problemen anzusprechen, damit wir diese schnellstmöglichst beheben können. Am Ende der Urlaubszeit bringt es leider nichts mehr.
Nach Rücksprache mit der Verwalterin wurde der geringfügige Schaden am Lattenrost des Bettes umgehend repariert. Die Lehne der Couch wurde von einem vorherigen Gast beschädigt. Die Couch selbst kann aber uneingeschränkt genutzt werden. Wir haben ein neues Sofa bestellt. Dieses hat leider eine gewisse Lieferzeit.
Dann haben Sie sich bei der Verwalterin beschwert, dass es keine behindertengerechte Wohnung sei. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Wohnung sondern um ein Haus. Die Fotos sowie auch die Beschreibung des Hauses weisen auf 2 Etagen (EG und OG) mit Treppe hin.
Wir haben eine große Zahl von Gästen, die das Haus schätzen und jedes Jahr sehr gerne wieder kommen. Wir wissen auch nicht, was an Ausstattung fehlen sollte. Das haben Sie leider nicht aufgeführt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Goldene Wasserhähne fehlen leider noch.

Alles bestens
Wir waren mit Hund von Ende August bis Anfang September im Ferienhaus. Sauberes Haus und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der Vermieter und die Verwalterin des Hauses waren auch sehr freundlich.
