Description
Typical Ligurian village house house offers two areas rented together (comfortable for 2 to 4 people; maximum 6 sleeps in 3 double beds):
(a) 1 living room and 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (separate shower) and roof terrace;
b) 1 living/bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, outdoor seating area.
The two areas are connected via a third bedroom.
Fascinating is especially the wide view over village and valley to the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace, two-thirds of which is covered, towers high above the other houses and is the preferred outdoor living space, not only in the summer months.
(Restriction for small children: Because of the not completely safe railing, this terrace is not suitable for small children from crawling age)

Location and surroundings of object
The ancient stone house is located at the upper edge of the village, on a small hill in the older part Panta Sinas "Cornarolo". By car it can be reached via a small access road. A car park (at least for loading and unloading) located in the immediate vicinity of the house (50 m walk).
Even on a fun-filled path to reach the house from the lower part of the village (with Piazza and Church) on foot in 5-10 minutes: a beautiful walk down stairs and through narrow alleys, past rustic old houses and lush Mediterranean vegetation.
Pantasina is a typical mountain village in the hinterland of Imperia. It has about 150 inhabitants and is located approximately 430 meters above sea level surrounded by olive groves and gardens in one of the most - because unobstructed - valleys of the area.
Down to the coast (Imperia) is approximately 16 km away. It runs several times a day a bus. In around Imperia - for example at the seaside resort of Diano Marina - to find attractive sandy beaches.
The village has a well stocked grocery store. Olive oil can be purchased directly from local producers.

Ideal for us
The olive-covered hills - only 20 minutes to the sea, which you can see from the terrace - and lots of good trattorias with regional cuisine all around. For us, this is an ideal environment, especially as the price-performance ratio is favourable. As passionate (and retired) travellers to Central and Southern Europe, we come here often.
The old house has been renovated as one should: Preserve the beautiful and good old as much as possible and combine it with modern living comfort. On the roof terrace you can spend a whole day lounging around, in the sun in front or in the shade under the roof. And then you set off again: hiking / walking in the olive hills, or down to the sea, or to the markets in Porto Maurizio or Oneglia (Imperia), or on to San Remo or Albengea...

Urlaubsort zum Entspannen und Erholen
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub zu fünft in diesem tollen urigen Haus verbracht.
Für uns war die Dachterrasse der liebste Ort, dort konnte man wunderbar zusammen essen und spielen, und vorallem bei einem Glas Wein den Ausblick bis zum Meer genießen. Beim "Tante-Emma-Laden" unten am Dorfplatz bekommt man täglich frische Brötchen und alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Fußweg vom Dorfplatz bis zum Haus ist wunderschön, allerdings (gerade im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen) auch wirklich anstrengend. Unser Auto (Transporter) war für die Fahrt bis in Hausnähe leider zu groß, sodass wir nun nach 14 Tagen mit gut trainierter Beinmuskulatur nach Hause gefahren sind :-))). Alles in allem: ein sehr schöner Ort mit großem Erholungspotential.

Wiederholungstäter
Wir waren nun bereits das dritte mal in diesem so liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Terrasse und der Blick bis zum Meer ist ein Traum. Der nette und völlig unkomplizierte Kontakt zu den Vermietern tut das übrige. Fahrrad Nutzung inklusive, Kräuter im Garten alles sehr schön. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Urlaub zwischen Olivenbäumen
Wer bereit ist ein paar Serpentinen mehr zum Strand in Kauf zu nehmen, wird belohnt durch einen wunderschönen Anweg über Vasia zum Meer, der durch Olivenhaine und an hübschen Dörfern vorbei führt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein großer Pluspunkt, vor allem wenn die Sonne scheint. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns als Familie mit Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und waren von der unkomplizierten und freundlichen Abwicklung angetan. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Land- und Strandurlaub
Der Panoramablick von der Terrasse war wie beschrieben wirklich sehr schön. Die Beschreibung von Vermieter über die Wohnung war zutreffend. Für Leute die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben (Familie mit 5 Personen) auf jeden Fall eine tolle Woche dort verbracht und würden gerne wieder dort hin.

Romantisch und ruhig aber Strandtrubel erreichbar
Wir haben hier zwei entspannte Wochen mit unserer kleinen Tochter verbracht. Das Haus liegt gemütlich eingebettet in das alte Bergdorf. Es war perfekt geeignet für Romantiker wie uns, in einem historischen Haus, mit Liebe eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich traumhaft. Wandern geht sehr gut, schön war aber auch, dass der Strand für Ausflüge dennoch recht gut erreichbar ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!
