Good day, my name is Rüdiger Klapschus and I have lived in Sweden for over 20 years, here on the Kianäs peninsula. So if you have rented a house from us, we can always help you with advice and assistance - but of course only if you want it. I speak Swedish, English and German, so I can also help with translations. In the meantime, more than 70% of our guests come back to us, there must be a reason for that.
