A very beautiful holiday home, pure nature & tranquillity!

This is the second time we have spent our holiday in this beautiful and large holiday home, and we really appreciate the beautiful landscape, the seclusion and tranquillity. Especially for families with children, this domicile is very suitable: Our son was overjoyed to be able to just run out of the house and romp around the large property at any time of day. We spent both our holidays here in autumn, actually already late autumn, so at a time when the temperatures are sometimes already quite low. But this made the evenings particularly cosy, because the central place to sit together is in front of the large fireplace, where the firewood crackles wonderfully and is beautiful to look at, and you can snuggle up with wine and nibbles in the cosy couches directly in front of it. The house is surrounded by dense forests, and the landscape is a dream - viewed from the windows, it looks almost surreal, like a painting... In fact, you can start hiking right from the house and then you could stroll forever through the endless, vast nature. We enjoyed our two stays very much and we will certainly come back. Many thanks again for the good and quick organisation for us spontaneous holidaymakers! :)

Mein Mann und ich sind durch eine Zeitungsanzeige auf dieses wunderschöne Casa aufmerksam geworden und haben sofort gebucht. Dies ist schon ein paar Jahre her aber seitdem haben wir mehrmals im Jahr dort unseren Urlaub verbracht. Dies spricht für sich, denn wir sind wählerisch. Wir haben viel Erfahrung mit Ferienhäusern uns aber noch nie so wohl gefühlt wie im Casa del Orso. Erholung, Unternehmungen auch in Citta Di Castello, wo eigentlich immer etwas los ist, sowie die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bieten den perfekten Urlaub. Das Haus ist auch zu empfehlen in der Frühlingszeit und im Herbst. Am schönen Kamin kann man sich dann gemütliche Abende erlauben. Wir haben alle diese Jahreszeiten dort verbracht und jede ist auf ihre Art einmalig. Schließlich haben wir uns entschlossen ein eigenes Haus in dieser Gegend zu erwerben. Leider war das Casa der Orso unverkäuflich, was wir durchaus nach vollziehen können. Wir wünschen allen neuen Gästen eine ebenso schöne Zeit dort, wie wir sie immer hatten.
