All in all, our stay was reasonable. For an item in this price range we expected a lot more luxury and a neat finish. There is really a lot to do to make this farm a real Belvilla ..... LocationThe farm is located directly on a very busy N-road which is driven very hard. As a result, you do not really feel a soothing feeling at this location. Even in the evenings and early in the morning there is noise from the road, audible from the garden to the adjacent bedrooms. If you like to sleep with open windows, you wake up early by passing traffic. Friesland itself is beautiful, lots to do for small children in the immediate area. FarmeryThe farm is atmospheric and cozy, but there are visibly overdue maintenance. A lick of paint on the walls is no unnecessary luxury, certainly for such an object in this price category. You smell and see clearly that pets can stay in this farm. Many lamps are broken and / or light buttons are missing, this would be the owner must be checked in advance. The kitchen has ample inventory, is tidy, well outdated. In the living room there is a little seating if you stay with more than 5 people. Gas is nice and easy to operate. A DVD player and / or Netflix would be more feeling luxurious. WIFI is present but often out of order and is unstable.Bathroom ok, however, towels do not smell fresh (very musty) and are not of high quality. The children's playroom is nice, as is the case with the dots on the can be put in and much more. Many toys are broken, dirty, lost, space is not neatly cleaned and this does not give an inviting feeling. The bedroom below has no curtains for windows (for the decorative only), this is onaccep table! 1 bedroom upstairs also does not have all windows curtains An additional toilet and / or bathroom / cloth above would really be a supplement, especially considering the very dangerous and steep staircase downstairs. We enjoyed our stay, the hot tub and sauna are a must! Tip for a day out on a half-hour drive away Lauwersoog, take from here the boat to the island of Schiermonnikoog.

Reasonable because it is a pity that the living room is isolated from the rest of the house.

There is no toilet seat in 1 of the toilets downstairs. Reported this immediately and this was known, but has not yet been resolved.

Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms fine.
