Peace and quiet with fantastic views - perfect for relaxation!

Meine Familie, 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder, waren im Juni in der Villa Karinyon. WOW! Was für ein toller Ort. Das Haus bietet fantastische Ausblicke in alle Richtungen, und uns gefiel, dass alle Schlafzimmer über eigene Badezimmer verfügten. Der Pool ist riesig, perfekt zum Schwimmen, und der flache Planschbereich für kleine Kinder ist eine schöne Ergänzung. Wir haben das Haus und die Wohnung gemietet, um unseren beiden Teenagern ihren eigenen Raum zu geben. Mistraki ist altmodisch mit nur einigen sehr alten Steinhäusern, so erinnern wir uns an Griechenland beim Rucksackreisen und Olivenpflücken im Jahr 1985! Es ist ein ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen, aber nahe genug am Geschehen und an Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten, wenn einem das Sonnenbaden langweilig wird. Es liegt zwischen den Küstenorten Finikounda und Koroni, beide etwa 10 km entfernt. Meine Söhne sind nach Finikounda geradelt wegen der Wellen und Windsurfen, wir bevorzugten es, sie anzuschauen und frischen Fisch und lokalen Wein zu genießen. Wir besuchten auch den nahegelegenen Strand von Peroulia, der sandig war und ideal für unsere jüngeren Enkelkinder. Wir schafften es sogar, etwas Kultur und Geschichte in Methoni und Pylos zu erleben. Der Service von Dimitri und Helen, die sich um Haus und Pool kümmern, war ausgezeichnet, sie waren hilfsbereit und freundlich und hielten alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir planen, nächstes Jahr wieder hinzugehen.
