Good condition, however, upon arrival the terrace windows were not cleaned (bottom left many fingerprints from children's hands). This is not a problem for me in principle, but I did not address it during my own final cleaning. .. otherwise a solid house that has everything one needs. Thus, good price-performance ratio. Recommendations: The main room is fitted with light carpeting. This may be difficult to keep clean with a dog in tow...

The general condition of the apartment was already quite old, and we had to ventilate for a long time to get rid of the musty smell. It probably hadn't been inhabited for a long time. After that, we enjoyed it, but a bit more attention would do the beautiful house good.

Beautiful modern home, equipped with all conveniences. / View out of thousands. Lovely location. / Inventory was in perfect order. / Internet worked well. / Due to its location, a lot of privacy. / Roof window that closes automatically when it rains, great! / Nice kitchen. / One tip: a manual on how to open the electrical box outside would be helpful. For the Danes maybe very common, but not usual for us. / And sun shading in the room would be very nice. Becomes very warm quickly due to all that glass. / Were glad we weren't there during the heatwave. . . .
