Seaside Panorama Retreat - By Traum...

It is simply our favorite house. . . We have now been to this house for the fourth time. However, this time we got the impression that it is becoming more and more neglected. What a shame! The property does not look like in the listing pictures. One could say that it is overgrown by 75%+. The stairs to the house were also extremely overgrown. Since there is no handhold there (e.g. I have already noted several times in advance that there is no handrail; I almost fell down the stairs. I just managed to hold on to my husband. We complained, and it was cleared immediately. The fact that there is still no handrail here is incomprehensible to me; it is a major source of danger and accidents. Everything in the house itself is okay so far. The furniture is still uncomfortable, but the view compensates for a lot. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes has decreased significantly. Cups, small bowls, cutlery are enough, however, plates are missing (only 2 available), pots. No storage for food is available. We always bring a washing machine and a dish drying rack, as these are also not available. This time we couldn't even wash dishes because the plug in the sink was broken. We complained, but no new one arrived within 10 days. The owner of the house gave us a 5-liter bowl for washing dishes. I wonder what the tenants before us did? The shower curtain was also not replaced. Black, yellow mold. The shower has black mold. The kettle is completely filthy, the lid is broken. I have made it a habit not to run to the rental office for every little thing, but I always note my observations on the billing slip, hoping that something will be done. Too bad, it probably doesn't help. This year I couldn't even go into the water, as the sidewalk and the uneven stairs were overgrown and unrecognizable. Moreover, the bushes were full of wasps hanging over. I am unsteady on my feet, so the option of going over the high terrace steps was not an option for me. I’ll put it this way, we are managing with this house, but the fact that it is not being properly cared for makes us very sad, because the house is well-maintained and furnished with comfortable furniture, where one can also stretch out, a real gem. If it were for sale, we would jump at the chance immediately. If we were allowed, we would also clear the property of all the wild growth. We will give the house another chance next year, but if nothing is done about it, then that will be the last time. The house is getting more expensive, so it should be well maintained inside and out... In this sense, we hope that our suggestions, including those from previous years, will finally be implemented. Especially the handrail on the access stairs to the house... Recommendations: No.
