Very beautiful old half-timbered house, detached and quiet. Large garden. From a height of 170cm, problem with the ceiling beams. Outdoor shower, but hot water. Recommendations: Many nature reserves, ideal for hiking in relative proximity. Shopping about 10 km in the next town. One restaurant in the village, open Friday to Sunday.

The house is very well equipped and has a large living area. Very personally furnished. The only flaws were the woodworms that could be heard every night in every sleeping area. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. Shopping options are easily accessible by car. Recommendations: The house is very quietly located. The small shopping center C4 is about 25 minutes by car. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive to Malmö, but it is also highly recommended for its beautiful castle park.
