Small gem directly at the harbor

The apartment or the little house is beautiful and something very special. The view from above directly onto the harbor is great in any weather, and in good weather, the small terrace is a real highlight.

We traveled from Hamburg via Kiel by train and ferry. The ferry terminal is directly opposite, which makes getting there (even without a car) very uncomplicated.

Unfortunately, we only had three days in the quaint little town of Heikendorf, but we will definitely come back again. We spent a girls' weekend here – and often thought: Why didn't we know about this place when our kids were little? It is simply ideal for families with children: There are two small, manageable sandy beaches within walking distance, there are constantly ships to watch, ice cream and a fish sandwich can be had right at the door. What more could you want? :-)

The location of the apartment is perfect and the view over the fjord is great! We really liked the apartment itself and felt very comfortable there. It would be desirable if there were a bit more plates, cups, and cutlery available! With three breakfast plates, it's annoying; you don't want to run the dishwasher every day just to have plates again! The cleanliness was okay, but maybe they could have checked the corners again. The bed was great and everything else necessary was also available! However, I would wish for a bit higher quality furnishings here and there in an apartment at this price level, or maybe a replacement (e.g. hairdryer, dishes, glasses). In any case, a very nice apartment with relaxation value, I can definitely recommend it! ! !

Unique house in a dream location. The ambiance and furnishings left nothing to be desired. The separate living area was also pleasant, providing my 90-year-old father with his retreat. The only nuisance was combating the ant and flying ant infestation in the house. The bait boxes that were already set up were of little use.
