Relaxing days at the Baltic Sea in our comfortably furnished holiday home with Danish stove you will find the best conditions for this!
In our "roof-only house" you live on 2 levels with a total of 6 beds
On the ground floor you will find the hallway, a storage room, the modern shower room, a combined living and dining room with a sofa bed, Danish cooker, 50-inch flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi and satellite connection, stereo system and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with 3 refrigerators, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In addition, of course, all the necessary household appliances (microwave, coffee machine, egg boiler, kettle, etc.) and sufficient crockery. In the garden house there is an additional 48-litre drinks fridge for the hot summer months
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom with double bed, another room with 2 single beds) and a hallway with spacious built-in wardrobes. The south-west terrace directly in front of the house as well as our breakfast terrace with beach chair, a garden barbecue and cosy garden furniture invite you to linger.

A parking space is located directly at the house. In the colder months, our Danish stove provides cosy comfort!

Please bring your own bed linen and towels. On request, we can provide you with a linen package for a fee of €12.50 per person.
Should there be a general tourist accommodation ban (lockdown) as in spring, we will cancel the rental contracts free of cancellation, as happened in spring from 17 March 2020 to 17 May 2020. Excluded from this regulation are travel bans from local risk areas according to the guidelines of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, which currently apply nationwide.

The tenant can withdraw from the lease up to 40 days before the agreed rental start date (arrival day). In this case, the tenant must pay 25% of the total rental price. If the tenant withdraws from the contract within 40 days before the agreed rental start date, they must pay the full agreed rental price unless they provide a replacement tenant under the same conditions. Very satisfied
Everything is great. Everything is very clean and all you need is there. Even a bicycle for getting the bread. We really enjoyed our time. Would love to come back.

We were with our adult daughters in the house and we all liked it very much!
Short distances to the city center but very quiet location!
Very good restaurants in the vicinity.
Car required.

Great holiday with dog
My wife and I and our dog Abby (Border Collie mix) spent a week's holiday in this holiday home in May 2018. The holiday home is in a very well-maintained condition and super equipped. We really liked the furnishings. The living area on the ground floor is spacious and very well furnished. The rooms on the upper floor are cosy and properly furnished. All in all, we felt comfortable and at home very quickly. There is nothing missing in the kitchen: dishes, glasses (even wheat beer glasses), many pots and pans, toaster, blender, kettle, etc., everything is really there. The house is on the edge of the holiday village and has a fenced garden at the back, where the entrance is, surrounded by hedges. Here our dog could also stay alone for a short time. There is a bicycle in the large garden shed, which we used to fetch bread. The living room has a large terrace facing west, so you could sit in the sun even in the evening. From the outside, the garden is well screened by trees and hedges, so you are well protected from strangers' glances. You can walk to the beach or to the shops in ten minutes, so you can leave the car at home for the holiday if you like. As dog owners, we can only praise the beautiful dog beach to the east of Damp. There is also a small forest nearby where you can walk your dog. We have also been able to go on longer walks in the area. If you don't want to cook, there are two inns in the immediate vicinity (500 m "Achter't Holt" and approx. 2 km "Fischerhaus") that offer delicious food, especially fish. We had very pleasant contact with the landlords by e-mail and telephone. They are very friendly and uncomplicated. The holiday home is a clear recommendation for us.

Top holiday home
We really enjoyed our time with you in the roof-only house. Very dog friendly, child friendly with baby cot, high chair and buggy, cosy and absolutely clean. The furnishings are exactly as shown in the photos and the kitchen is really well stocked with everything. There are also various seating options and loungers in the outdoor area. We didn't miss anything and we are very happy to recommend it. Thank you very much!
