Very nice location and beautiful view. Studio / apartment was good for three people (2 adults and 1 child) but we had no air conditioning, barely outlets and the mattresses could also be slightly better. The furnishings and furniture were dated and are due for replacement. Friendly staff but English can be better.

A small refuge of peace and nature

We enjoyed our week in the wonderful little house with the fantastic garden very much. Fabiana is an excellent host, the communication in advance is super nice, you are greeted with a cake and fruit ☺️

The house has pretty much everything you need. The bedroom is cozy and small with a view of the garden (it is requested that no dogs go into the bedroom), the kitchen has everything you need for cooking/eating.
Our child found the sofa bed very uncomfortable and couldn't sleep well on it. But this is not the first and certainly not the last time this has happened?

The stairs to the bathroom are a bit adventurous and very creaky (if sleeping in the living room, you will be woken up by this), but you get used to it. The bathroom itself is stylish, just a bit low.

The inflatable pool is huge! It was a lot of fun. There is also a small outdoor shower and 2 additional loungers by the pool.

The terrace is wonderful for lounging. The garden is fenced on 3 sides, the fourth is protected by bushes/trees, which was sufficient for our dog as a boundary.

The car is parked behind the house in an olive alley, so it does not heat up, very practical.

We had three cool evenings/nights and could heat up with the pellet stove ☺️

The Wi-Fi was poor to non-functional, which wouldn't have been a problem, but we had absolutely no network in the area, so we couldn't even research where to eat or where a supermarket is ?. You had to drive into town before any internet was available. Phone calls are also not possible there.

Walking the dog directly from the house - ideal and beautiful.
There is an extremely barking dog nearby, so if your own dog does not cope well with this, you should know.

All in all, great value for money, beautiful, especially with children and dogs ☺️

We have been there 2 weeks. The apartment is very simple, the furniture is not really easy. Bed linen was changed 1x per week, towels 2x/week. The plumbing or outdated. Not enough storage space for 4/5 people baggage. The kitchen poorly equipped, not enough glassware / crockery. Cooking is not inviting. Kitchen linen was there agreed: it was not there, we got a little reluctantly. Restaurant: bad! Arrival eaten: held immediately before seen. Daytime sufficiently open and very irregular times (coincidence). Pool lovely and beautiful, enough chairs / couches! Owner did not always accessible, however benevolent (if you 'to address :).
