The Villa Maria Apartment - 1A is located within our family-run property called Villa Maria Apartments. The Villa Maria Apartments are the result of the careful renovation of the stable and barn, dating back to the 1500s, of the Art Nouveau villa that we have lived in for 4 generations and which still preserves all the exterior and interior details of the period. The Villa Maria Apartment - 1A is equipped with a kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, complete set of dishes, and microwave oven. The bathroom is large with a shower. The Villa Maria Apartment - 1A has a private terrace equipped for dining with a view of the villa's garden. Shared with the other apartments in the complex, a total of 11, there is a pool equipped with a whirlpool tub, solarium, and loungers for free use. Villa Maria Apartments is an exclusive and quiet place reserved for a few families. The management is family-run, where respect, cleanliness, and courtesy are fundamental elements for us in our relationship with our guests. We are in the historic center, convenient to all services: shops, bars, restaurants, newsstand, tobacconist, bakery, post office, and bank are reachable in two minutes. The beach and the port are only 500 meters away and can be reached on foot or by car.

Villa Maria Apartment - 1A is located in the historic center of Moniga del Garda, just a stone's throw from the medieval castle. Even though in recent decades the town has grown to follow the natural development of tourism, the old core still preserves its narrow streets, lined with flowered balconies and fragrant jasmine trellises. The historic center has not lost all the rustic appearance of the agricultural village that Moniga was for centuries and, beyond old gates, one can glimpse the farmyards of country houses still ready to receive the products of the surrounding land. From the oldest part of the town, in the locality “Pozzo”, it is possible to catch glimpses of the lake and architectural details. The municipality of Moniga gently descends from the morainic hill towards Lake Garda, on which it has built its small port, equipped with modern facilities for hauling boats, their maintenance, and refueling. The long lakeside promenade comes alive on summer days with bathers, mostly foreigners, and in the evening it is one of the favorite meeting places for young people who crowd into the venues full of lights and music.
