20 Holiday apartments & homes for a holiday with pool in San Felice del Benaco

We were there in the first week of Pentecost vacation in 2024. The terrace in front of the vacation rental is almost 12 meters long, giving you the opportunity to park your car in front and at the same time adjust your terrace furniture to the position of the sun. We had a direct view of the bay. The pizza in the facility tasted very good and was reasonably priced. The mattress in the room was too hard for me, but my husband found it okay. Unfortunately, there were not enough closets to unpack our clothes. There was a larger wardrobe in the bedroom, but it was not sufficient for 4 people. Access to the beach is quickly reachable. The pool unfortunately can only be used if you wear a swim cap. Toilet paper must be purchased by yourself, but a first roll was provided there.

We (2 adults, a small Chihuahua) had a wonderful holiday in Villa Serraglie.
The house is built and equipped to a high standard, deserving the name "Villa". It seems that the owners live in the left part of the house, but we didn't see them at all during the two weeks we stayed there.
The very large garden in front of the house, visible from the terrace, is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The terrace also features lovingly tended large terracotta pots with flowering Canna plants. The garden behind the house includes the pool surrounded by numerous olive trees. The vast property is completely fenced, so we didn't have to worry about our small dog running off. As mentioned in the description, the villa is not located directly on the lake. However, if you are prepared to drive to all destinations, you will have no problem getting around in all directions. The villa has its own driveway with an electric gate and garage door (all operated remotely), allowing you to drive directly into the private underground garage without having to get out of the car. From there, a staircase leads directly to the living/dining area, providing convenience regardless of the weather and enabling a cool departure in the car. It's a level of comfort that we would wish for at home as well ;-)
As mentioned in other reviews, the air conditioning doesn't cool very much. We were able to compensate for this by using the high-quality retractable mosquito nets on all windows. Especially because the bedroom has windows/doors at the front and back, you can sleep very breezily and without mosquitoes. The internet speed (around 15 Mbit/s) was usually fast enough for HD movies on our Apple TV.



We really enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend Villa Serraglie to people with high standards.

High quality equipped house located in a residential area.
You really don't want for anything here. Very well maintained and clean! The underground garage is amazing and you can walk straight into the house.
The only drawback is the air conditioning, which does not work well (but the landlord is already aware of this) and the street, which is quite busy in the mornings and evenings and is located in the front area of the house. But that is already complaining on a high level ;-)
