In the middle of the vineyards, on 22ha of land, with many details and trees that make the property look very romantic, is this farm villa with large swimming pool and private parking.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets (1 separate), a fully equipped modern kitchen, a very large living room with fireplace and a mezzanine and several terraces where you differ, depending on your sun movement its cozy can search place.
The sea is by car only 10km, 22km to Beziers, Narbonne 18km.
Here is the lull, broken only by birdsong, but those who seek high-life, needs to drive only a few kilometers. On the coast is everywhere going right thing.

Located right in the vineyards, on a ca 22h plot, just 10 km from the sea (Valras Plage, St. Pierre la Mer, Narbonne Plage are the nights beaches).
The house has no immediate neighbors, only the caretaker lives in a completely separate apartment on the property.
To the nearest town Salles d'Aude there are km, where there is a large supermarket, Apothek, doctors, butchers, bakers, etc .. Salles-d'Aude is a commune with 2833 inhabitants in the Aude department in the Languedoc -Roussillon. It belongs to Arrondissement of Narbonne and the canton Coursan.
The town Salles-d'Aude is located about ten kilometers northeast of Narbonne and ten kilometers from the Mediterranean coast.
The municipality extends on both sides of the Aude River and is bordered to the north by the department of Hérault. In the south, the town has a small proportion of the heights of the Massif de la Clape (Montagne de la Clape also called).
In the broad planes left and right of the diked Aude wine is cultivated, which documents belong to the small wine region La Clape, located immediately northeast of Corbières wine region.

Holiday like Bullerbü in the South of France
We had a great holiday on this beautiful spot.
The children couldn't decide whether they preferred to feed the goats, the horse or the kittens - if it hadn't been for the great pool, which of course couldn't be enjoyed enough. Well, and then there was the ping-pong table, the playhouse, slide and trampoline... For us and our children, it was paradise. So much space to roam and discover and lots of peace and quiet!
And yet you were at the various beaches, restaurants or simply at the bakery in no time by car.
And not to forget: Maria, the best landlady of all ❤️
We look forward to seeing you again!

Holiday 2020 La Cocagne
In the current Corona situation, we have been searching for something suitable for a long time.
On the internet, we then came across the property Domaine Le Cocagne.
After a short inquiry, we received an immediate response.
All questions were answered directly and friendly.
Since we arrived on a Saturday, we had a lot of traffic.
Therefore, I recommend not to travel on weekends if possible.
The property is isolated in the beautiful vineyards and is not recognized by the navigation device.
But a detailed directions were sent to us.
When we finally arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the landlady Maria.
She showed us everything.
The rooms offer plenty of space.
All inventory is available.
The outdoor area really leaves nothing to be desired.
The pool is always cleaned and is very clean.
There is no smell of chlorine.
The shaded terrace offers a direct view of the pool.
Shopping facilities are available a few kilometers away, such as Lidl, Inter Marche or a very good bakery.
There are very nice beaches about 6 kilometers away.
If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, you will not be disappointed with Maria.
We will definitely come back.

Wonderful
We felt comfortable for the most part! The pictures don't show how wonderful it is! I had to put on the points because 2 things bothered us
It is described with a clinic but we were not allowed to use it... and the described washing machine belongs to the owner on the property where you could have gone to wash. But that was unpleasant for me, so I don't think they should be mentioned because they can't be used as planned!
The area and the hostess are highly recommended and the beach is indescribable

Ich finde es verwunderlich, dass Sie den Punkt mit der Waschmaschine erwähnen, da ich Ihnen so wie jedem Mieter in einem persönlichen Telefonat vor Buchung ausführlich die Gegebenheiten erklärt habe und ausdrücklich erwähnt habe, dass die Waschmaschine gegen Aufpreis und mit Rücksprache genutzt werden kann oder es alternativ einen Waschsalon im Dorf gibt. Dies sollte also keine Überraschung gewesen sein und es gab bisher noch nie Beschwerden diesbezüglich. Ich werde dies nun aber im Inserat abändern.
Die Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, es steht aber nirgends dass diese zur freien Nutzung ist und ohne Aufpreis. Diese wurde auch nicht von Ihnen angefragt, allenfalls hätten wir die technischen Vorraussetzungen geschaffen und diese für Sie eingeschaltet. Ich werde auch dies im Inserat abändern.

Dreamy vacation
We were allowed to spend 2 weeks in the holiday home. The house and the garden are even more beautiful than the pictures promise. The very modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Fly screens are attached to the windows everywhere, which helps you find a restful sleep, as you can leave all the windows open to let the cool night air into the house. The pool is, to put it mildly, amazing. Very large and perfectly heated, it always offered a welcome refreshment. The owner, who lives about 30 meters away, ensured that we felt completely at ease with her friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive manner. The surrounding area is more than worth seeing. The miles of sandy beaches are only a few kilometers away. The towns of Narbonne and Beziers are in the immediate vicinity and are worth a day trip. In the village, there is a bakery, supermarket, and a highly recommended restaurant. In the evenings, a walk through the vineyards is a good idea.

Wunderschön
Wir haben bei Maria eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Realität ist noch viel schöner als es die Bilder wiedergeben können. Vielen lieben Dank für den unvergesslichen Urlaub.
