A beautiful, lovingly furnished holiday home. Here you feel at home right away. We especially liked the two seating areas in the garden, so we could comfortably end the day regardless of the weather. The fencing made the vacation very relaxed even with a dog. The landlords were very friendly and open-minded. We felt truly welcome.

Chalet Hoamat is located in Reith im Alpbachtal.

Nice clean holiday home. The kitchen is well equipped. The two bathrooms are spacious. Great that there is also a washing machine. The website states that you can also stay there with 10 people. Then two people would have to sleep on a sofa bed next to the front door. This does not seem comfortable to me. The dining table is also a bit on the small side. For us, with 2 families with 4 teenagers, the space was perfect. The location is nice. The various ski areas are easily accessible by car.

The daily maintenance of this apartment leaves much to be desired. Toilet seats with duct tape, very unhygienic. The hinges and locks are loose in many places, while this can easily be tightened with an Allen key. Poor cleaning. Lids of garbage bins in the kitchen are missing. But also the garden and the garden furniture could use some maintenance. The landlord has been addressed about this but clearly indicates no interest in resolving the issues. For such a price per week, you would expect otherwise.
