Holiday apartments and houses in Jemgum-Ditzum

The house has a quiet location and the way to the village centre is not far. The equipment is good and everything you need is there. What was missing for us was storage space in the bedroom in the middle, at least a shelf or similar, perhaps behind the door would not be bad, because if you do not come from "one family" you do not necessarily share the large wardrobe in the bedroom downstairs, which is also impractical and must therefore live "out of a suitcase". The service from both the landlords and the contact person on site was great.


What was not good, unfortunately, was the cleanliness of the house. The beds were not made when we arrived, which was then done by the contact person on site and the house was unfortunately "only superficially" clean. The important thing was cleaned, otherwise it was unfortunately not so great. I have unfortunately experienced this in some other houses in other holiday resorts. Since each party pays for a final cleaning and the house gets a final cleaning in relatively short intervals, all houses should be top-notch, which is unfortunately not always the case and that is a pity. Neither the landlord nor the local contact person can be held responsible for this, but if you don't mention it, nothing can be changed.
Otherwise, the holiday in the house was really nice, relaxing and did us a lot of good.

We (retired couple) found a perfect accommodation! Absolutely clean, great amenities that left nothing to be desired, and very good beds! The location is also excellent, near the ferry to Emden, as a starting point for bike tours, and within walking distance to the village center with church, windmill, and dining options. We can recommend the accommodation without hesitation!
