Beautiful beautiful house. Lovely garden with swimming pool, beautiful surroundings. Inetrieur not new but everything you need: dishwasher, microwave, oven, CD player, TV. No air conditioning. In quiet surroundings. No restaurants within walking distance but within half an hour by car enough nice places to reach. Recommended!

Great holiday in the middle of Mallorcan nature

If you want to spend your holiday in the middle of nature, but still prefer short distances and appreciate a very good price-performance ratio, you are in good hands at the finca "son Roser". Good shopping facilities can be reached quickly, for example in Manacor with a rental car, which is absolutely necessary. The journey from the Palma airport takes less than 30 minutes

The finca itself offers everything you need. Besides a small kitchen, there is also a barbecue outside and several nice places where you can eat wonderfully. A very comfortable double bed in a separate room as well as another bed in a room make for a quiet night. You get used to the roosters crowing, it didn't bother us. There is not really any aircraft noise as the approach route is to the west and the planes are far enough away. The pool is accessible via a ladder, clean and big enough to swim a few lengths

The garden with its numerous fruit trees offers many opportunities to sunbathe and relax. There are two sunbeds with cushions under a sun canopy (but you can also move the sunbeds somewhere else). The only "point of criticism" is the fact that the property is visible from the access road. A screen in front of the fence could help here ? However, very few vehicles pass by here, as the road is actually only used by residents and farmers.

The car is parked safely within the enclosed property, so there is no need to be afraid here (which is sometimes a bit critical in the cities).

The landlords are very nice and you can contact them directly. Emails are answered promptly, they can also be reached via WhatsApp or by phone. Of course, the couple speaks German

All in all, a clear recommendation and all thumbs up!

We had agreed with the owner that the key would be under the mat. That was true, but there was also a gate that was locked, enter was difficult, after some calls back and forth, getting the right to enter. Once inside the lag was from the previous guests still in a heap in the room, again was a phone call that brought quickly. The owner we agreed via email that he would take care of some errands so we could make coffee and tea on arrival at 22:00. He would create a standard shopping package, but this was not regulated, there was nothing in the house, we had yourself anything with it, so of petulance to bed early. Furthermore, the kitchen was not clean, we were with you women and the kitchen schoongemaakt.Later week has been burgled. We were a day away and upon return the back door was open. We missed money, jewelery and cigarettes and Weather phoned the owner but said "call the police but and no longer visited. However, he was at the beginning of the week, came by to collect taxes. On our travel documents stated that we no tourists have to pay taxes. Later at home I read on the site of Belvilla that it was but that
