Description
This comfortable summer house is located behind the owner's house and is suitable for 2 persons. Neatly furnished and fully equipped. The house has central heating and is therefore also suitable for stays in the colder periods. Our summer house is about 150 metres from the beach, dunes and centre.
You will receive a parking permit for your car during the paid parking period.
On the ground floor there is a hall, shower, toilet, living room with flat screen and kitchen with dishwasher and oven. There is also a washing machine. Stairs lead to the second floor, where you will find the sleeping area with bed.
Arrival from 2 pm, departure before 10.30 am. The rental price INCLUDES Bed linen and parking card.

Location and surroundings of object
This modern holiday home is just 100 metres from Egmond aan Zee beach and 50 metres from the J.C.J. Van Speijk lighthouse. The centre is about 150 metres away.
People who like to explore the surroundings by bike can rent a bike at approx. 200 metres.
If you bring your own bike, you can leave it in the hallway.
The cottage is located at the back of our house and has its own entrance. On the other side is our enclosed garden where it is sunny almost all day. There is a terrace with a table and 2 garden chairs and a bench
With 1 bedroom on the first floor, there is room for up to 2 people (with the stairs you can easily go upstairs). You have a smart TV with plenty of cable channels and WIFI connection. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and 4-burner gas hob. In addition, you are immediately in the living room with a 2-seater sofa and a dining table with 3 chairs. There is a bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and sink. You can also use the washing machine in the hallway.
You can use 2 beach chairs so you can sit on the beach.

Egmond is a beautiful seaside resort where it is good to stay all year round. Delicious restaurants, bowling alley, tennis court, escaperoom are also available. Recently, you can rent bicycle cruisers. Really nice to explore the area
