Description
In this house with approx. 110 m² living space you can spend a relaxing holiday. Especially the completely fenced property offers more security for families with children.
Although centrally located within the village, the house is nevertheless quite quiet. The fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is also within walking distance (approx. 200 metres).
On the ground floor of the house is the large living room. In addition to a cosy sitting area, the wood-burning stove provides a cosy atmosphere even in the colder seasons. Via 2 patio doors you reach the large outdoor terrace, which is drawn around 2 sides of the house.
Also in the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area.
On the upper floor there are 3 separate bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed, in the 2 bedrooms there are 2 single beds each
In the house there is 1 bathroom with a shower, on the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet !
The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for digital TV and radio reception. There is also free Wi-Fi access in the house.
There are 2 parking spaces at the house.
Due to the location of the house, you can reach 1 supermarket, restaurants, 2 bakeries or a hairdresser in a few minutes on foot.

Location and surroundings of object
This flat is only 200 metres away from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.
Due to the very favourable location of the flat, you can also reach all important points of the village, such as a supermarket, a bakery or various restaurants, in about 5 - 10 minutes on foot.
The harbour is also only about 600 metres away from the house, which is very interesting for anglers.
The Jasmar Therme, only 10 minutes away by car, also offers bathing fun on rainy and cold days.
Restaurants, the bakery or shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes.

The island of Rügen is one of the sunniest areas in Germany.
The village of Glowe lies directly on the Baltic Sea on the Jasmund peninsula. The Schaabe is located here. This is the name of the approx. 8 km long bay between Glowe and Juliusruh. It is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Baltic Sea coast. The beach is only about 200 metres from the holiday home.
The area around Glowe is also known for its nature tourism. An extensive network of cycling and hiking trails can be used for sporting activities. So you can explore the sights of Cape Arkona or the chalk cliffs at the Königsstuhl by bike from here. Glowe is also a paradise for anglers or mushroom pickers. Whether salmon, cod or zander, the surrounding waters offer a fishing experience at any time of year.

Holiday home is very quietly located. Netto Markt and beverage shop 200 m away. EDEKA AND Aldi in Sagard, 9 km away. Several restaurants within walking distance in a few minutes. Equipment very good. Crockery and cutlery are more than sufficient. Very spacious living/dining area on the ground floor. Beautiful terrace behind the house. A grill is also available. Stairs to the upper floor are relatively steep, but manageable with a railing on the left and a rope on the right even with limited walking ability. From here, you can easily reach the "hotspots" of Rügen by car. A visit to the Störtebecker Festival is definitely recommended. From the nearby Breege, you can quickly reach the neighboring island of Hiddensee by ship. There is so much to see and experience on Rügen that we didn't manage to do everything in the 2 weeks. We will definitely come back.
