Comfortable, sunny holiday flat with 76 sqm on the garden floor of a detached house.

Non-smoking flat, pets on request, parking in the courtyard, separate entrance, large terrace with barbecue , large play and sunbathing area.

The holiday flat consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, hi-fi system and DVD.

1 bedroom with double bed, cot, folding desk, 6-door mirrored wardrobe and solarium.

Shower/WC, with large washbasin, cosmetics cabinet and washing machine.

Large living room with sofa bed (further sleeping possibilities), cable-3D-TV, Hifi, Bluray, video, free W-LAN, telephone and many games
and many games.

Fruit and vegetables from our own cultivation are free of charge for our guests

Rottweil:
The oldest town in Baden-Württemberg, received its town charter from the Romans about 2000 years ago.

Location and surroundings of object

Close to Lake Constance and the volcanic landscape of Hegau, where the Black Forest and Swabian Alb meet, the old Roman town of Rottweil lies picturesquely above the steep banks of the young Neckar.

The holiday flat is located on the southern edge of this city worth seeing, at the entrance to the romantic Eschach valley and close to the spacious Rottweil bathing area (1.3 km).

The town is an ideal starting point for tours to the Black Forest, the nearby Swabian Alb and Lake Constance.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 45 days before the arrival date.

The following cancellation terms apply: Cancellation by the traveler Rebooking, substitute person (1) You may cancel your trip at any time before the start of the journey. The declaration of cancellation must be received by the landlord to be effective. It is recommended to declare the cancellation in writing. (2) If you cancel, or if you do not start the stay for reasons that are not our fault, we can demand reasonable compensation for the arrangements made and for our efforts. When calculating the compensation, ordinary saved expenses and the usual possible alternative use of the services should be taken into account. You are entitled to prove that no costs were incurred in connection with the cancellation or non-commencement of the journey or that the costs incurred were lower than those specified by us in the flat rate. Our standardized claim for cancellation fees amounts to: - up to the 45th day before the start of the trip 25% of the total rental price - up to the 30th day before the start of the trip 50% of the total rental price - up to the 15th day before the start of the trip 70% of the total rental price - thereafter 85% of the total rental price (3) Up until the day of arrival, the traveler can demand that a third party enters into their rights and obligations from the rental contract. This requires notification to us. We can oppose the change in the person involved.

When we arrived, we felt at home from the first moment!

Even before the start of the trip, there were plenty of brochures for inspiration,
we were able to make clear plans in advance.
When we arrived, we felt at home from the very first moment
with the obliging hosts.
A great spacious flat, clean and with far more equipment than usual,
e.g. spare batteries, fire blanket, books, movies, comfortable beds, TV armchair
etc. etc.. Thank you very much dear Mr. and Mrs. Singer, we had a super nice time
and can highly recommend your accommodation.

The apartment can only be highly recommended!

The Singer holiday apartment was a complete surprise. Its spacious and bright rooms impressed us. The very modern and individually adjustable lighting always created the perfect mood. But what is truly exceptional about the apartment are the landlords with their very warm and attentive manner. They provided us with delicious fruit and vegetables from their garden free of charge. All in all, the apartment in the picturesque town of Rottweil can only be warmly recommended.

Our stay in the Singer holiday apartment was very pleasant. The vacation started with entering a sparkling clean apartment that was truly fully equipped, absolutely nothing was missing. Also worth mentioning was the hospitality and helpfulness of the Singer family. There was plenty of information material available for the region and also for the surrounding area. Shopping facilities were sufficiently available in the nearby area. The apartment is very quiet, so you can relax and feel comfortable excellently. We give full marks for all areas!

We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time with the Singer family in Rottweil. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare good meals. The living room is very large, and you can relax while watching a movie, reading a book, or listening to music. There is a nice bathroom with a beautiful shower and also a washing machine for everyday laundry. The proximity to the beautiful old town of Rottweil, with many attractions, restaurants, and shopping options, we found very pleasant. We came to Rottweil from the USA due to a job transfer and stayed with the Singer family for the first 3.5 months until we found a suitable apartment. We highly recommend this lovely vacation rental.

Arrive and feel comfortable, that is not often found! We were welcomed very warmly and led to a very clean and beautifully furnished apartment. Whether kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, or living room, everything has been thought of here to make the stay very pleasant and comfortable. Every morning, we had a long and leisurely breakfast on the beautiful terrace and started our trips into the beautiful surroundings relaxed and satisfied. We were surprised by how centrally located the vacation apartment is. Everything worth seeing is quickly accessible.

The location of the vacation rental is ideal:
Close to hiking trails and a short distance
to the beautiful old town of Rottweil.
In short: We looked for, and found what we were looking for!

Fully equipped vacation rental, including chilled welcome drinks.
Everything is very clean and clearly arranged, comfortable beds,
many information brochures, and verbal tips. We unfortunately could not enjoy the beautiful terrace due to the cold days, but we had it comfortably warm indoors. Thank you for heating generously!

The vacation rental is nice, clean, and well equipped.

The beds were very comfortable, and it was really quiet at night, so we slept well. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful terrace with lovely flowers. We used it a lot and enjoyed it. Rottweil and the surrounding area are definitely worth a vacation. The Singer couple is very friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with the refreshments in the refrigerator upon our arrival and the goodies from the garden. Even the coffee machine was filled to the brim with coffee beans. It was a first for us to find a coffee machine in a vacation rental. Great! We can highly recommend the Singer vacation rental!
