From the flat you can walk directly onto the property and to your own terrace. From the
Terrace you can go through a gate directly to a large meadow behind the house
Meadow. Hiking trails run there, the cross-country skiing trails start there. You have a view of the
view of the nearby forests. In clear weather you have a view of the Alps. About 200 metres
