Our holiday home is located in a residential area built in 1999, at the foot of the “Massif de la Clape” (since 2003 a “Parc Naturel”) and about 300 m from the sea. There you will find a 5 km long and 200 m to 400 m wide fine sandy beach (award: “Clean Beach and Water”, ADAC). The town center with all daily necessities, restaurants, and bars is within walking distance. The detached holiday home with a winter garden is 96 m² in size and is suitable for 4 (+1) adults and a small child (travel cot available). On the ground floor is the living/dining area. A cozy Swedish stove is surrounded by a couch and three armchairs. A large dining table with 6 seats invites you to enjoy extensive meals. A fully equipped modern kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo, and fridge-freezer combination is available. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there are a shower/WC, a bedroom with a French double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a gallery with a daybed. Additional amenities of the house include color TV (Astra and Eutelsat), CD player. Of course, an internet connection is also available free of charge. Outside the house there are 2 terraces with seating and lounging areas as well as a lovingly landscaped garden with native plants and flowers.
