The individual holiday house with a beautiful roof terrace is located in a residential residence built in 1995 at the foot of the "Massif de la Clape" (since 2003 "Parc Naturel") and about 450 m from the sea. There you will find a 5 km long and 200 m to 400 m wide fine sandy beach (award: "Clean beach and water", ADAC). The village center with all facilities of the daily needs, restaurants and bars is within walking distance. The holiday home is 45 m² and is designed for 4 persons. On the ground floor is the living / dining area with a cosy arm chairs, guest toilet and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a Senso coffee maschine. In the economic area outside the house are a small freezer and a washing machine available. The outside terrace is partly covered and invites you to sit comfortably. On the upper floor are two bedrooms (a French double bed and two separate beds) and a bathroom with shower / WC. From here you go to the roof terrace (about 25 m² with electricity and water connection). Sitting and lying possibilities invite you to relax. The house is equipped with color TV (Astra and Eutelsat), Ministerioanlage, CD- and DVD-Player. An Internet and telephone connection are also available free of charge. Outside the house is a terrace with a table and seating as well as a lovingly laid out garden with native plants and flowers. To the house belongs a garage.
