Description
Our holiday house is located in a residential area, built in 1999, at the foot of the "Massif de la Clape" (since 2003 "Parc Naturel") and about 300 m from the sea. There you will find a 5 km long and 200 m to 400 m wide fine sandy beach (award: "Clean beach and water", ADAC). The village center with all facilities of the daily needs, restaurants and bars is within walking distance. The detached holiday house with winter garden is 96 m² and is for 4 (+1) people. On the ground floor is the living / dining area. A couch and three armchairs are grouped around a cozy Swedish stove. A large dining table with 6 seats for extensive tables. A fully equipped modern kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination are available. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower / WC. Upstairs there are shower / WC, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a gallery with a sleeping couch for 2 persons. The house is equipped with color TV (Astra and Eutelsat), Ministerioanlage, CD- and DVD-Player. An Internet and telephone connection are also available free of charge. Outside the house there are 2 terraces with seating and lounging areas as well as a lovingly laid out garden with native plants and flowers.

The obligatory costs 90,00 EUR and is paid directly to the house administration.
In the winter time we charge a heating cost package in the amount of 50,00 EUR or 0,20 EUR / KW.
