The individual charming holiday home with a beautiful roof terrace is located in a residential complex built in 1995 at the foot of the “Massif de la Clape” (since 2003 “Parc Naturel”) and about 450 m from the sea. There awaits you a 5 km long and 200 m to 400 m wide fine sandy beach (award: “Clean Beach and Water”, ADAC). The town center with all daily necessities, restaurants, and bars is within walking distance. The holiday home is 45 m² in size and is designed for 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living/dining area with comfortable armchairs, dining table and chairs, guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 3-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator (with freezer compartment), and Senseo coffee machine. In the utility room outside the house, a washing machine is available. The outdoor terrace with garden is partially covered and invites you to sit comfortably. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one French double bed 140cm and two separate beds) and a bathroom with shower/WC. From here you can access the roof terrace (approx. 25 m²). Seating and loungers here also invite you to relax. Further amenities of the house include color TV (Astra and Eutelsat), mini stereo system, CD player. Of course, an internet connection is also available free of charge. Outside the house there is a terrace with a table and seating as well as a lovingly designed garden with native plants and flowers. The house includes a garage.
