Two kilometers from the downtown area of Werder, you will find this well-maintained estate. The moment you step onto the property, a holiday atmosphere prevails. A small bridge leads over the attractively landscaped swimming pond into the garden, which is lovingly adorned with shrubs, perennials, grasses, and a well-kept lawn. The house, designed in a country house style, offers approximately 150 well-laid-out square meters. These are spread over two living levels. On the ground floor, there is the large living and dining room. The beautiful covered natural stone terrace (facing south) can be easily accessed through the terrace door. Also located on the ground floor are a pretty eat-in kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom.

Our holiday home is located 2km west of the center of Werder. After about 5 minutes' walk, one reaches Plessower Lake.
Plessower Lake is one of the cleanest in the state of Brandenburg. It is a drinking water and nature reserve and thus also free from motor and sailboats.
Small inflatable and kayak boats as well as surfing are allowed. The lake is spared from mass tourism and offers plenty of space for romantic, lonely hours.
2.5 km to the west is the beautiful village of Kemnitz with its international golf course.
The old town of Werder, the island town in the Havel, with small alleys and beautifully restored fishermen's houses, is 2 km to the east. You can reach it in 2 minutes by car or conveniently by bus every 20 minutes. The bus stop is 70m away from the holiday home. If you want to reach the city on foot, a nice walk along the Hoher Weg is recommended.
Where you have a great view over the Havel and the island town all the way to Potsdam and Berlin.
The city of Werder has about 25,000 inhabitants and is nestled in and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Werder is a recognized climatic health resort and is known beyond its borders for its annual Tree Blossom Festival, where up to 750,000 visitors indulge in culinary specialties and fruit wines of various kinds within a week, as well as cultural events of all sorts. It has excellent transport connections to Potsdam and Berlin. Werder is thus also the ideal starting point for excursions there. (Regional Express trains run every half hour and take only 7 minutes to Potsdam and 30 minutes to Berlin city center.)
Water sports enthusiasts and cyclists will find plenty to enjoy in our region.
