The house is 180 m2 over 2 floors. The living room is open with a dining room and kitchen connected over several levels. The ceiling height is 5 meters and is made of oak wood beams. There is a bar, a sofa corner (2 sofas and 1 armchair) at the cast iron stove with a TV, a dining room (8 seats), and a fully equipped kitchen with seating (4 chairs). 5 rooms with window views of the garden or the swimming pool. The garden is 2000m2 large with old olive trees and wild roses growing naturally. The property is completely fenced in and thus secure for your four-legged friend. The swimming pool is 5m x 10m in size. There are sun loungers (8) and garden furniture by the pool under the shade of the olive trees and two large umbrellas on the pool terrace. On the terrace around the house, there is a dining table and a gas grill from Weber. The terrace is partly covered and thus provides shade. On the south-facing terrace, there is a garden lounge which is lovely for an aperitif in the evening. The property is situated between two other properties (an olive grove with over 90 olive trees), but is not visible to the neighbors.

The house is located in the south of France in the department of Gard (30) 40 km north of Nimes. Alès is situated at the foot of the Cévennes (a nature reserve), bordering Ardèche (07), Drome (26) and Lozère (48). The river Gardon offers bathing possibilities near the holiday home. The sea is about 1 hour drive away. The area benefits from a Mediterranean climate.
