The house is 180 m2 over 2 floors. The living room is open plan connected with the dining room and the kitchen over several levels. The ceiling height is 5 meters and is made of oak beams. There is a bar, a sofa corner (2 sofas and 1 armchair) at the tiled stove with TV, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with seating (4 chairs). 5 rooms with window overlooking the garden or swimming pool. The garden is 2000m2 large with old olive trees and wild roses naturally covered. The swimming pool is 5m x 10m and has an alarm on the water surface. There are sunbathing areas (8) and garden furniture by the swimming pool in the shade of the olive trees and a large parasol on the swimming pool terrace. On the terrace around the house there is a dining table and a gas grill by Weber. The terrace is partially covered and offers shade. The property lies between two other properties (an olive grove with over 90 olive trees), but is unaware for the neighbors.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the south of France in the department of Gard (30) 40 km north of Nimes. Alès is situated at the foot of the Cévennes (a nature reserve), bordering Ardèche (07), Drome (26) and Lozère (48). The river Gardon offers bathing possibilities near the holiday home. The sea is about 1 hour drive away. The area benefits from a Mediterranean climate.
