It is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen and all the necessary kitchen appliances, as well as everything you need for cooking. The flat has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a pull-out couch for 2 persons. In the living room there is enough space for the whole family. TV and radio are also available

Location and surroundings of object

The village of Rappin is located in the middle of the island of Rügen, it is a small village with a village character, so it is very quiet and pleasant to relax. A small private restaurant is within walking distance, the prices are very pleasant and it tastes very good.
The Baltic Sea is about 10 km away, a car is urgently necessary here, as the place has poor public transport connections.
The Bodden with its beautiful beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
The Störtebecker Festival is very close by and is well worth a visit. There is also a small guesthouse here for your four-legged friend, which could take care of the dogs during this time.

For the final cleaning there is a fee of € 35.00, please pay this directly to the cleaning company on site, from whom you will also receive the keys for the apartment. If you bring your four-legged friend, there is an additional cleaning fee of 15,00 € per animal. The deposit of € 100.00 is due when the keys are handed over and will be refunded immediately after moving out.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

That's not possible

Hi everyone,
the house is a place where you can get depressed.
The stove is a disgrace.
The bed collapses; the slatted frame is not suitable for adults.
Tried to make love with my girlfriend, no chance with that bed.
The staircase smells to high heaven.
The outdoor area has a lot of swallow droppings, and so on.

Es tut uns leid wenn ein frisch saniertes Haus bei Ihnen Depressionen auslöst, daran können wir leider nichts ändern, wir haben hier eine Ferienwohnung keine Villa vermietet. Die Ausstattung befindet sich in einen modernen Zustand, wir haben nicht den Anspruch, weder in Ausstattung, noch Preis mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu konkurrieren, es tut uns leid wenn Ihre Erwartungen hier anders waren.

Bezugmehmend auf Mängel an Bett und Küche verstehen wir nicht wieso Sie zu keinen Zeitpunkt diese dem 24h vor Ort tätigen Hauswartservice gemeldet haben, bei einer nachträglichen Kontrolle konten wir keinerlei Defekte feststellen.
