House Rennsteig
The Rennsteig House is a very nice holiday home for 2 people. The cleanliness is top-notch, the location excellent. A good starting point for exploring the sights. The furnishings are practical and very tastefully selected. The landlords are very friendly. Those looking for peace and healthy air near the Rennsteig are in the right place. We will gladly come back.

Holiday home Rennsteig
We spent our short vacation here in March 2024. The house is very beautiful and peacefully located. The furnishings were modern and very nice. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and there was no Wi-Fi available on 3 days. The cleanliness left much to be desired. We were two people with our dog. The first 3 days we only had 18 degrees. After that, the house was comfortably warm. We ended up cleaning the house ourselves. Quite a shame. We would have liked to recommend it further, but not under these circumstances. There was also no apology from the landlord. We also took photos. The electric underfloor heating in the bathroom only became warm on the 3rd day. The electric towel radiator did not work at all. In the first days, we had to shower at 16 degrees. The following guests can look forward to a clean house, thanks to the previous tenants.

Wir sind immer bemüht den bestmöglichsten Service zu bieten, leider können wir aber nur reagieren wenn uns die Gäste auch ansprechen. Nach dem Abrücken von Möbeln auf der Suche nach Staub (dies war auch für uns eine neue Erfahrung) und dem Durchforsten unserer AGBs, hatte man schließlich ein paar Mängel gefunden um am Ende den Reisepreis kürzen zu können. Solche Gäste möchte auch kein Vermieter gerne beherbergen

Short holiday
We stayed in the bungalow for a weekend with our 2 small dogs.
The bungalow was very well equipped, modern, cosy, very clean and suitable for 2 people. Wifi was also available.
We liked it very much. We made 2 excursions (Wartburg and hiking Drachenschlucht), which could be reached in 20 to 30 min.
For the summer it would be nice for dog owners if the terrace was fenced in or a fence was on site/ could be borrowed.
A small negative point was that the bungalow was very cold on arrival. It would have been nice to have the heating on in the living room and bathroom. The electric radiators heat well and it was cosy and warm and the electricity costs are manageable.
We have already recommended the accommodation to others....
