Upon arrival, a cash deposit of €120 is required. This security deposit will be returned on the day of departure after inspection of the apartment. Surcharge for late check-in: from 8 PM = €40 / from 9 PM = €50 / from 10 PM = €60 etc.

Cancellation fees:
up to the 42nd day before arrival date 25% of the rental price
from the 41st day to the 28th day 60% of the rental price
from the 27th day 90% of the rental price

Location and surroundings of object

This private apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a closed holiday complex.
Two elevators lead to the underground car park.
Living room and bedroom have direct access to a large, covered balcony, which is equipped with BBQ, garden furniture and parasols; it offers a distant view of the city of Lagos.
In the very well maintained park there is a swimming pool, a children's pool, a playground, a miniature golf course, an outdoor toilet and a snack bar / restaurant.
The wonderful and wide sandy beach Meia Praia can be reached in a few minutes by a romantic path. Additional beaches can also be reached quickly by local bus. The Marina, the city center, long-distance and local bus stops as well as the train station are nearby
(about 10 minutes on foot). A supermarket is at about 500 meters from the resort.
Despite its proximity to all amenities, Condominio do Mar is located in a quiet environment and has the advantage that you can move anywhere without a car. A long bike path is also available in Lagos.
